Rip off... ordered on 27th Dec, sent a follow up email which they replied to in early March, now site appears to have vanished - luckily paid with paypal so now pursuing refund

Everyone leaving reviews here and on BBB doesn't do anything. If you paid using Paypal dispute the charge and you will win instantly, if you paid using credit/debit card then call your bank and file a chargeback. You will get your money back and on top of that SoFlo will be charged a $25 penalty for the chargeback. Bankrupt this guy, everyone start filing chargebacks.

The owner of Thunder Labs is partying in Korea right now. If I see him in the streets, I'm going to stomp him out like Deniro and Joe Pesci did to that guy in Goodfellas.

We ordered 2 N95 masks on 2/21. Money deducted from checking 2/25. No product ever shipped as of 5/3/20. Total scam!!!!!

Disgraceful advertising on genuine websites take your money and nothing arrives. Now they have shut down the website

I don't believe the dirty scum is still getting away with it, I ordered goods in December and the only thing that has been delivered is a serious of emails informing me why my order has not been fulfilled. This is absolute fraud, do not order anything from these.

Nothing but crooks and liars. All they do is take your money and never ship. Always excuses.

I also ordered masks and received nothing but a charge on my credit card. My bad..

I ordered from them on 12/24/19 and they promptly took payment and never shipped the product. I've reached out to them several times and have received BS answers. Crooks!

I did receive the door mats i ordered in January. They were nothing like what was advertised. Too small and do not clean your shoes. Fake advertising. Waste of money.

I ordered something on January 26th and it’s now April 29th and now their website has just disappeared. I emailed them on March 5th and they said due to Covid-19 their orders couldn’t ship at the moment and that’s why I hadn’t gotten it. Well turns out that was a lie so I spent $50 on something I’ve been waiting months for that’s not gonna arrive and I won’t get my money back.

I ordered an N95 mask on February 27th & it is now April 29th & I have not yet received it. They have a bad review from The Better Business Bureau amongst many others, so before you send them any money check them out first as they are obviously unreliable!!

SCAM - Ordered two N95 masks in February. Now product website is non-existent. $59.98. Thunder Labs continues to have a presence on Instagram.

I ordered a spice rack January 6th, 2020. Have not received the item but they did take my money. I can't seem to be able contact them via email or any other way. What a scam. Save your money or you will loose it.

This is a scam I ordered a mask in February and have received nothing . The site needs to be taken down.

I do not recommend this comopany I ordered product January 4th 2020 and it is now April 27th 2020 and no respoinse and I have tried to contact them and no answer. If you see their ad run for the hills. They are not reliable

The purest form of underhanded scammery I've seen in a while. Back at the start of January I ordered the Nebulight and a Lego mug for my son's birthday. It said to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery but also stated an email would generally arrive straight after purchase with my order number etc and it didn't. I sent a query email but no response. I noted that they displayed their email as info@thundeshop and I now feel like they deliberately input a typo to delay contact from people. I sent an email to info@thundershop which I had seen advertised elsewhere on their site. No response for a while. A few follow up emails were sent but eventually I raised a dispute officially through PayPal and thankfully was reimbursed for the loss - as PayPal's efforts to contact them had also been completely unsuccessful. Despite this and other people being scammed it seems up until days ago they were allowed to operate completely as normal, despite many people's reports of scamming and fraudulent activity. Facebook also continued to advertise their products. The most disgusting thing for me is that theyve also tried to profiteer from people's desperation from Covid 19 and been "selling" N95 masks. Also tried to use the excuse that the delay was down to Covid 19 issues, even though a lot of people had ordered late 2019 and early 2020 with no products. Truly abhorrent behaviour and I hope anyone behind this website or its illegal practices face the full wrath of the law. Anyone who has been defrauded by this company people contact PayPal or your bank provider immediately and raise a dispute and you should be reimbursed.

This company is a scam! I placed an order in January. After several emails they responded blaming Covid19. I finally gave up after they told me they couldn’t cancel the order because it was in the process of shipping. Well, it is April 23, 2020 and nothing.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I RATE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO!!!!!
