Made an order in January it is now May still haven't rec'd it. Took my $ and no reply from them.
SCAM lost $80.00

Very Bad... I ordered masks on Feb 25, ie, before the spread of pandemia.

Today is May 20 : I never received anything from Thunder labs shop. However, the money has been paid from my credit card .

Shame on this site. Let it know on the web....

I ordered a salad bowl of them in December and after countless emails was told I to wait because of the corona virus, there nothing but lowlife scum

I also ordered 2 of those no dirt mats approx. $60.00. back in Jan. At first it was such a popular product, backlogged, then couldn’t find order no. etc. Now their site is gone. Pisses me off that so many of us complain & yet they’re still pumping out the adds.

I wish I could give a zero star review! My experience sound too close to all of you that ya e posted already. Immediately processed my payment and said my order was being processed. I ordered this back in the beginning of December to have as a cool Christmas present for my 4yr old. Guess not!! I’ve emailed countless times. Once in awhile I will get a pre made response.
My question is!? Are there any other distributors that source this light because it does seem cool. But thunder labs can kick rocks!!!

What I don't understand is why did Facebook and Instagram promote them?? I am so upset reading all of this because I have been waiting for my nebulight since January and knowing this place was a scam really annoys me because I emailed them so many times and they sent me generic emails back but took my money and I still haven't received my nebulight. They can't get away with this... what do we do now? I want my money back 😞

This company rips people off!

I bought something from them in December 2019, and still don't have it in May 2020!!

They made excuses about COVID holding things up in February, and now they don't even reply to my email inquiry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I also order 2 ped beds from them in Feb. 2020 and never got them. I just opened a dispute today 5/15/2020 through paypal. Ridiculous! Buyer beware!!!

Along with every other person who reviewed, I didn't get my order either. My paypal dispute was rejected because I called it a "billing dispute". I can't understand why paypal hasn't figured them out and cut ties with them yet, but I'm sure they will after this company creates enough HOURS AND HOURS of work on disputes for them. I did appeal the paypal decision today and trust that they will refund my money.

SHAME on Thunder Labs for their shady scamming of everyone!!!!!

Scumbags! Six months of nothing received!

I have had the same issue. Ordered 3 lights from them in january, paid over $120 and have recieved nothing. I emailed them several times only to recieve 1 email saying it would take 5 to 6 weeks due to covid 19. And again nothing. It has now been over 3 months since my order. Thieves. Scammers. Whoever they are, I hope all the money they have stolen is worth the karma that will follow them and their generations to come - in fact I wish it on you. The 3 lights I ordered were for my nieces and nephew, I pray it happens to you and yours. Again and again and again. Peace out!

This company and Gabriel Lievano scammed me out of a product I bought from him and Thunder Labs off of Instagram. I never received it.
