I purchased 4 masks on Feb 26th and have never received anything. Hopefully my credit card company can fight this. It's too bad when people make profit doing illegal and immoral things. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.

I placed an order from them (like everyone else) on 2/25/20 and never received my order. This company should be sued and the money refunded to each and every one of us! God sees you, you THIEVES! Shame on you for your predatory business practices on people trying to protect their health! An upset customer in Oregon....

I would give the review in negative.
Their website is unavailable now. Pure scammer! Paid 135$ for 4 masks, as mentioned will receive in 4 to 6 weeks. Now it's 8th week, never received. When I checked the website today, it's unavailable! Rip off!

I bought 5 masks order #127742 and paid $165.45 and NEVER RECEIVED them.

Now their website is non existent. Great ! They actually emailed me back at the start of the Coronavirus , and used that an an excuse as to why I haven’t received my product that I purchased 3 months prior . What a rip off . There goes $57.00. I should have known better .

Total scam. There’s a special place in hell for these “business owners”. They don’t even bother to respond to emails. Once they have your $ they are ghost.

Yes, this joke of a company is a SCAM. We all need to file a Class Action suit against them!! I am already in the process!

I order from them for 2 mask on Feb. 24th and it is now over months, that I am waiting. This company should not be operating if they cannot provide the service. The American Better Business Bureau should shut them down. People have paid you with their credit cards and you do not deliver. Your company is a scam. And you hae the nerve to publish you website on Facebook. Your just as crooked as Facebook.

Do not purchase . Ordered and paid for product in January and have not received. Company not responding to emails!

Paid $95 back in January. No items have arrived to date. No response on many emails I sent them. They keep changing their website and email credentials. Dodgy and illegal. They are scammers and need to be shut down. Don’t buy from them

It's a scam. I ordered something from Thunderlabs and haven't received it yet. Don't waste your money on them.

Low quality garbage "lights" that you may not even receive.

Don’t bother. It was a full scam and we all got screwed out of our money.

Scandal, I ordered and payed my products on February 18. Got a confirmation and that the order was on it's way, pthing so far, 2 months later.

Looks like I was scammed like everyone else. Absolutely shameful!!!! No response, no nothing spread their shame. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Thunder Labs.

i also order from this company after seeing them on faceboo. nothing has come in post and i emailed them with no reply

Placed an order on 25 February. I received no email confirming my order. Contacted the company and finally received a response on 28 February requesting my order number. Since I had not received an email confirming my order and giving me an order number, I could not give them an order number. They responded later that day (28 Feb) that my order had been shipped. Now its 15 April. No sign of shipment, and subsequent emails to the company have thus far gone unanswered. Paid with PayPal, so I'm contacting them today. I'm also filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of our State Attorney General's Office.

If I could give zero I would. I ordered an item on January 4th and paid for expedited shipping!! What a joke. No sign of the item and it’s now April 14th. Several emails unanswered. They took Paypal so perhaps some redress is possible. My advice... do not use this very dodgy website.

Website says allow 2-6 weeks for shipping, it has been 10 now and I still haven't received my order. Sent a third email to them today, still no replies.
