Thunder Labs Arvostelua 

Same as everyone else. Ordered 2 flip cookers on 16 Dec. Knew it would take some time to ship due to virus. Waited until 20 Jan for update. Got standard response as everyone else. Waited until 15 Apr for updated status. As of 20 May, no response. Tried again. As of 10 June, still no response. Got taken.

I ordered from their website i found on an add on Facebook about 4 months ago. I kept checking to see if my order shipped until finally the page wouldn't come up anymore. They vanished. I'm out $40 . Scam !!!

I ordered some rugs in December and haven't received them as yet. When I emailed them I got this reply:

Thanks for your email. Please note that the normal processing time is from 4-6 weeks. However, due to unexpected circumstances it may take a little longer.

I apologize on behalf of the Thunder Labs Team for the delayed shipment and lack of information regarding the status of your order. I would like to update you on the reason for this delay. Unfortunately due to the situation with the Corona Virus, your order is currently on hold. China has slowed down shipments as of now. We apologize as this is an unforeseen circumstance that is affecting everyone. We will work to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

In the meantime please allow us a 1 week period to work things out.

Stole my money and disappeared. I paid for a dog bed. Of course PayPal sided with the crooks and gave them my money! Crooks THIEFS / SCAMMERS

Don’t order from this company I had order two rugs in December and still have not received them.?i have emailed and the are blaming it on the virus it’s a scam

Same as everyone else. I ordered a hair styling tool on 12/18/19. I still don't have my item. Money was taken quickly, some emails were answered but now nothing. I was originally told that due to the corona virus issues in China the order had been delayed. This is the last email communication dated 3/8/2020

I hope who ever is responsible for stealing our money get's what is coming to them. It is a shame that we become suspicious of everyone because of people like this. The money I lost in this situation is not worth me hiring an attorney or trying to track this idiot down. Hopefully others will read all these reviews and think twice before trying to purchase anything from an unknown company. Lesson learned, check out the company before spending your hard worked money!

This company is a scam. I ordered a spice rack on January 5th. It is now June 1st and no order. they don’t even reply to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I could take the star away. I order a nebulight for my girlfriend back in February. I was told due to the Corona virus they had no way of knowing for sure when this would be able to ship to me. This company is a scam. They have not responded to my 5 emails ranging from 3 months to yesterday. I will be filing a fraudulent charge to my bank card.

This company should be investigated by the authorities as they are a total fraud.

I ordered a nebulight back in February.
Since not receiving it, I discovered their old contact was missing a letter thundeshops to thunderlyshops. I don’t believe the emails are real. Don’t order from this business.

SCAM. Ordered, They took my money, but have not got any delivery. No response on mails.

Zero-star rating. Ordered a cooking item on 5 Jan. Emailed them asking where my product was in March. Still not received. Completely fraudulent and scammers. DO NOT USE THESE ROBBERS

Ordered product February ... it now May. Will not reply to emails - sure took my money in a hurry. Do yourself a favour don’t have anything to do with this company. Unkess I receive the product I ordered by June 30th, 2020, clearly they are a fraudulent business and should be investigated by government authorities.

This is a Actual review and the truth from THUNDER LABS... the person who runs the business and website has fled and left even his own company and employees unaware of his location . Obviously the guy has also took off with All of our money and no products were shipped out at all. I suggest you ALL GET lawyers and attorneys because I myself will be sueing the company for fraud and false advertisement. I implore You all do the same

NO STARS!!!! Ordered 3 face masks February 26, 2020 and still have not received them. It is now May 21, 2020. I have emailed them twice with no response. My credit card charged $101.26. I wish I had read these reviews and checked them out online before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. I don't know why their site is still up and selling.
