My first meeting tonight gave me great information, I have many questions but will read all info! Excited about Auto Save.

There is no one out there doing it better than Think Energy. Community Solar is #1 ! Learn about it !

I was told to sign up by a friend to get money off my electric bill. I signed up and canceled within a week. I received a debt collection bill of over $400 from Think Energy today. I had received zero communication from the company prior to the bill i received. Think Energy is nothing but a glorified MLM

The $100 gift card offer is an absolute scam. I set a calendar reminder to apply at the six-month mark, only to be told I had to wait longer. After waiting a few more weeks, I reapplied, only to be told the offer had expired. It’s beyond deceptive—it’s downright pathetic. A company resorting to such cheap tricks to avoid honoring a simple promotion is astonishing. I’ll be switching to another supplier, even if it costs more. Avoid this company at all costs, they are unethical.

The rates are great compared to other electricity suppliers. Simple to sign up and customer service is great. And they offer a Free Energy Rebate for referrals.

Simple sign up process and great customer service. I signed up for electric supply and community solar and really enjoying the savings!

Process was seamless, helped me save money on the money I have to spend. Glad I decided to give Think Plus a chance.

I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 as I got $100 gift card as promised by customer service.

My suggestion is to please improve the reward process as other electricity providers. As soon as the promised time is over, send the gift card or email to redeem gift card.

I'd like to sign up for Think Energy but this is impossible unless you agree to be contacted by telemarketers. You have to agree to this for some reason:

Following on from Think Energy's response below I'd like to add that although I did not sign up for the service, their website scraped my information anyway and immediately started sending me marketing emails with non-working unsubscribe links. Think Energy - I do not need educating, empowering or anything else. I only wanted to buy electricity.

Vivo en Illinois y cambie el servicio de mi casa y me dieron una tarifa muy competitiva. Tambien inscribe la cuneta de mi Negocio y el precio que me dieron tambien fue muy economico. Las tarifas aqui en IL con la compania local son siempre Variables y con Think Energy me dieron un precio fijo por killowatt por 36 meses. Eso me gusto mucho. Mas el ahorro con community solar es fenomenal. 100% recomendable

Very easy and simple to enroll on the website. The rates are the best anywhere I could find.

My 3 year plan expired and Think raised my rate from .119 to .194 without notifying me. It took several calls and long waits to get to a rep. Their response was very negative and they lied that they sent me a mail notification. After several additional calls I was told and promised that someone would get back to me, I received no communication from any of them in over a month. Best advice is keep a reminder of renewal date, don't get ripped off like I did...

Simple and smooth enrollment process for Community Solar, and it guarantees me 20 years of state-backed savings every month??? The biggest no-brainer of all time!!

Smooth clear easy sign-up process for Community Solar. Best part its free and helps save a lot of money. (The government pays for it).

Beware: Very disappointed that the rules to get the $100 gift card were not explained in full when called and asked what the rules are. I missed the last rule so I will not be getting a gift card even though I stayed with them to meet the 6-month rule and paid more for electricity during part of that time. Misleading. Read rules yourself, don't rely on them telling you the truth.

I saved significantly on my electricity bill. I am so grateful. I will share with others.
