Difficulty in contacting company. No options to cancel service via website. Energy rates are not any lower than what my regular service provider offers.

Been a customer of Community Solar for over 18 months. Get my 5% discount every month as promised

I never signed up for this company’s green energy! Received a letter from Delmarva Power a month after Arcadia signed me up for green energy savings and i immediately cancelled the day after. I was assured it was cancelled by email and yet, a month later, I get a letter stating I am now signed up with ThinkEnergy LLC yet never did sign up! Don’t know how they got my information unless Arcadia somehow sent it to them. GREEN ENERGY is a scam! Don’t fall for it.

I just received my electricity bill, and I am amazed at the savings I'm actually receiving. Think Energy so far has supplied everything they offered and promised. I can only imagine how much higher my bill would have been without their guaranteed discounts; especially during the summer months.

Great company. Offers unique savings with peace of mind for the customer.

Think Energy is a great company with low rates and great customer service.

I switched to this supplier late June to obtain their fixed rate deal that is supposed to run from July to December. I received notice that my enrollment was effective July 2nd. Still paying a high rate from the old supplier. I called customer service and was told that it was the Utility that decided the start date of the new rate. This is very misleading - I had counted on reaping the benefit of the new rate, especially during the Summer with its high AC costs, and running my pool

These plans have a straight forward no gimmick rate with no surprises.

They lie about everything to get you to sign up

They convince you to get the solar program not telling you 1. you will end up paying way more to the program itself than you ever would to your normal electricity
2. you're stuck in the solar program when you try to quit for a minimum of 4 extra months

They lure you in with the gift card offer but don't tell you about the paperwork you have to fill out or the deadline to fill it out until you contact them asking why you haven't received it yet. They initially tell you it'll just get mailed to you after 6 months.

I live in a state that this company does not service and they tried to scam my card with a $200 charge. They are a fraud and scam. I will be reporting to appropriate agencies in TX and CT where headquartered. The bank has closed my account because of your carelessness in not verifying if I am an actual customer which I am not as I live in a state not serviced for your company. I noticed that you use bait and switch tactics in other companies on trust pilot site. I will not deal with you directly as I dont want any of my information with your company.

I’m really pleased with my experience using Think Energy. My advisor is local, easy to reach, and always takes time to answer my questions—which makes a big difference. I’ve never enjoyed handing over my hard-earned money to utility companies, but with this program, I feel like I actually have some control over my bill. Definitely recommend checking it out if you want a more affordable and personal energy option.

My sweet 80 year old Uncle got scammed by this company. He is not saving any money, never got the $100 gift card. They did not send him a paper bill for 3 months then started calling him demanding the money. He does not do anything online, he's old school. I honestly do not know how these people sleep at night.

Think Energy has been absolutely amazing for my household. Prior to enrolling, we were paying in the range of $300-$450 every month and living out of payment plans month to month. We have now been a customer for 11 months and have saved a couple thousand dollars over an 11-month span. Most of all, it didn't cost us any thing to get started or throughout the tenure of our plan. We love the service!

A company that puts customers first and has amazing products that offers real value. No gimmicks or hidden fees.
