The Cruise Line Arvostelua

I received excellent service from Lauren. She replied promptly and answered all the questions I had. I subsequently booked a cruise for January 2028.

Helped by a friendly, knowledgable agent, who quickly and efficiently sorted out a more complicated itinerary. Very competitive pricing for our trip. Would recommend.

Lynn Burt was absolutely fantastic

Cruise Line are very knowledgeable and understand what the client is requiring. Their relationship with all the major cruise lines enables them secure immediate information on prices and suite availability - have enjoyed their expertise for over 20 years

We have been using the Cruise Line for the last 8 years and cannot fault them, Paul Andrews our contact is so helpful and always ensures we get a great deal and always go the extra mile to ensure we enjoy our cruises.
Highly recommended and we would not consider using anyone else to book our cruises. 10/10

We have had a brilliant experience booking a cruise on the QM2 to New York with Paul at the Cruise Line. He (excuse the pun) navigated us through the myriad of accommodation options , made some personal recommendations of his own (with a degree of objectivity) and with expertise and a degree of patience before settled on the right date/cabin etc.

As always Benedict is knowledgeable professional and always quick with a call back. Third time booking and we know it won’t be our last. Excellent service

Was a very efficient young lady who did not waffle and listened to what l wanted and managed to achieve a holiday l am very much looking forward to

I have never been on a cruise before, and I was helped by Paul, who guided and advised me beautifully. He made the whole experience in booking my cruise effortless and he was determined to make sure we were in the best of the best within our budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wishes to go on a cruise.
Thank you Paul, you made the whole process easy, and we are now excited for our trip.

Capable of organising a complete trip with efficiency & confidence with welcome advice during the process.

Paul Listened to my requests and complied

Lynne from the cruise line is always fantastic, she listens, and is very professional in the way she deals with the enquiry. I use them when I go cruising

Paul took notice of my exact requirements, and his recommendation of the cruises with Scenic were just what was needed. The ships are superb, the crew even better, and this leads to having a wonderful collection of gusts on board. Altogether, I have had two fantastic holidays.

Paul is a great agent. He was quick and efficient.

Great Staff - We have had Jess as our favourite cruise agent for many years - always helpful and really efficient.

Have booked many cruises Accross lots of companies- never had a problem

Trust them 100% Paul and Juliette Reid.

As usual, our consultant Lynne was really efficient in booking us the suite that we wanted. We always get great service from Cruiseline.

Lauren was great - she responded quickly, was easy to deal with, and got us exactly the cruise we wanted at an excellent price.

From enquiry to booking Jess took care of all we needed, she was amazing, took us through all the layouts of the deck and ship, and explained everything well, she found us a room in the right area, and did the same when our friends decided to book the same cruise,
I can’t thank Jess enough, she made it an easy process throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend the company especially Jess.

Fantastic service, made everything so easy.
