⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service When I Needed It Most

I cannot thank Vet Superstore enough for the support, kindness and excellent service they provided during a very difficult time in my life.

Following a separation, I have found myself financially destabilised and solely responsible for what were once our family pets – two 13-year-old Labrador brothers, Burt and Ernie. As any pet owner will understand, they are far more than dogs; they are family members, adopted children, and companions who have shared every chapter of our lives.

Ernie has suffered with problems in his front paws for years, and it is heartbreaking to watch him struggle to walk. Burt has recently begun suffering with weakness in his back legs and incontinence. Due to financial constraints, I have had to stop both their Librela injections and their YuMOVE 360 Advance (now Max Strength) supplements while trying to find more affordable ways to manage their pain and mobility.

Vet Superstore not only offered excellent pricing on the YuMOVE products, but the level of customer service was truly outstanding. Nicola, who assisted me via online chat, was patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I particularly appreciated the time taken to explain the recent product rebranding, which reassured me that I was purchasing a genuine product. When a supplement forms part of an important pain-management plan for an elderly dog, that reassurance means a great deal.

The products arrived promptly and were packaged with care. At a time when every penny matters and my dogs’ wellbeing is my greatest concern, Vet Superstore made the process straightforward and stress-free.

Thank you, Nicola, and thank you, Vet Superstore, for your compassion, professionalism and excellent service. It genuinely made a difference.

A product can be found through a multiple of businesses and websites but can excellence in Customer Service?
From initial enquiry through to competitive pricing, delivery and invoicing this company are quite incredible. Well done Vet Superstore.
If by chance you are lucky to be helped by Nicola then be prepared to be even more surprised, she puts going above and beyond into a whole new level - stellar. Thank you

Excellent, friendly customer service, very helpful. Product arrived quickly and very well packaged.
Won't hesitate to use again, thank you xx

Nicola from the Vet superstore has been incredible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, I enquired about how much stock they had of a prescription diet for my cat as it’s the only food she can tolerate and Nicola went above and beyond to ensure I could still get hold of some , the company also refunded me when I paid too much for shipping by accident. This company have been more reliable than my own vet ! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Very helpful and friendly. Quick service and great value for money. I’d recommend.

First time using the Vet Superstore. They were competitive in price, Nicola emailed me shortly after my order to check in and let me know it would be dispatched soon - this was really reassuring as I had been 4 days from running out of my dogs medication. Really quick delivery. The packaging is eco friendly and even included some treats in there. A star service, thank you!

Could not have been more helpful both before ordering and afterwards. Prompt, efficient and with a caring attitude towards the customer and their animals - in my case a greyhound with an amputated toe - they went above and beyond to assist

100 % recommend The Vet Superstore - Such a great company to deal with. Customer service was superb -shout out to Nicola, who was so efficient and friendly.

I cannot recommend The Vet Superstore highly enough. This is an amazing company that genuinely puts customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do.

Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with my order due to the courier, DPD, but from the moment I contacted customer services, Nicola could not have been more helpful. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and understanding, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and I felt valued as a customer throughout.

If you’re reading reviews because you want reassurance before spending your hard-earned money, you can shop with complete confidence. The Vet Superstore is a company that truly cares about its customers, and exceptional service like Nicola’s is becoming all too rare. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience!
