The Vet Superstore Arvostelua

Brilliant customer service. A quick email to say thanks for the order and to check I'd ordered the correct product. Guess what? I hadn't! Nicola changed the order for no extra charge, and she also noticed that I hadn't received my new customer discount which she also applied. Definitely going to buy all my doggie meds from The Vet Superstore in the future.

Ordered my equine products , easy ordering and lots of helpful advice from Nicola who is a credit to the company. Goods dispatched super fast, beautifully packaged with bonus treats for the horses too!! Would definitely recommend , a very personalised and positive shopping experience!

It was an easy process. I received confirmation of my order within minutes of my purchase, despatched the next morning. I had regular updates and my order was delivered to my door less than 36 hours later. Well wrapped and including a paper invoice. Very impressed with this company... I will definitely purchase from them again... highly recommend !

As a first time customer, I was immediately impressed with the level of service, quick delivery and warm yet professional way I was welcomed as a new customer.

Nicola has gone above and beyond to support my purchase when it was low in stock. Can’t recommend highly enough in a world where vet fees are so high.

I had an outstanding experience with The Vet Superstore, specifically thanks to Nicola. When there was a supply issue with my dog Winston's medication, Nicola went above and beyond to help me switch to a substitute dosage. She was incredibly helpful, proactive in processing the new prescription, and even arranged a discount for the trouble. Fantastic customer service—highly recommended!
