The excellent service very quick delivery package well.

I telephoned for some advice about my dog who has started to show signs of arthritis, and I spoke to the loveliest lady who was so knowledgeable and helpful. My order arrived very promptly and I was delighted. I will definitely use this company again thoroughly recommend

Very good service from this company, which was quick and efficient. They also put in a free thank you gift with the worming stuff of some free cat food tubes which my cat loved.

I had some trouble ordering my dogs prescription so used the chat option to ask for help. Nicola was brilliant. Helped me through the process immediately and then emailing afterwards to solve a further queries before I knew there was an issue. It went through smoothly and my order was delivered in a couple of days with some treats thrown in. Absolutely one of the best online buying experiences I've had.

Amazing staff. Very cute the packaging, I appreciate and approved as a cat mum! I can just tell the owner of the company as pets!

Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Couldn't find the item I was looking for, after a fun and friendly chat I was sent the link and a discount code as a 1st time customer - and then the item was delivered as quickly as I could have hoped for! No complaints. Lovely people to talk to, thank you Nicola!
