Absolutely incredible customer service…
Absolutely incredible customer service and online store. Bought some Calmex as we needed to travel 5 hours to our new home with cats in the car. I messaged them asking if could possibly be sent quickly and it was sent that same day. Not only that but this amazing company, The Vet Superstore included webbox licks for free, which by the way my cats loved and didn't even notice the Calmex Sedative was added to it. It worked very well. The customer service truly is above and beyond!

Amazing service and experience. Modern business with great family values
Amazing service. Next day delivery. Has the feel of a family run business that doesn’t treat you like a number. Talking of treats, we only ordered something relatively small. Had a letter with my order along with a free bag of dog treats (free of charge) as Nicola is an animal lover. The email exchanges I’ve had are also very human and makes an incredible difference. I think retail business has changed so much that when you get great service it really stands out and is now unusual. Nicola keep up the great work; you deserve a great business and I’ll be back many times. Best regards, Fran.
