The Vet Superstore Arvostelua

Helpful colleague, thank you Nicola

Let me know when my order would be delivered and also that they received it as I'm disabled very helpful

Nicola is so helpful and friendly, my dogs loved their complimentary treats too

Easy to order, super fast delivery and so well packaged.Would order again from this site any time.

What an amazing company.

I won’t lie. My pet dog had just been prescribed some new meds and like most people i went through my vet for the first batch and then sourced them at a more reasonable price elsewhere after. This place came up with the best prices so a great start there.

I had a few questions before completing my order and when i was presented with the dreaded chat pop up i feared the worst that it would be an automated bot of absolutely no use which we are all now used to. But no, it was an actual human being. Better than that it was an actual human who answered my questions easily and was really knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was shocked 😆.

I went ahead with the order and got a personal email from Nicola there and not the usual automated order confirmation and within 2 days the meds arrived complete with some free healthy treats for my dog which she loves.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Nicola and let you know that I think this is the best customer service that I have ever had. You guys are doing an amazing job!

Easy to order, courteous service and free treats included as a surprise gift.

Amazing service from Nicola and the Superstore Team. I’m so very impressed with how easy it was to order the Yumove Joint Care for my cats and the delivery was super speedy. Thank you so very much for excellent service and the extra treat you added, that my cats say a huge thank you for 😽

Amazing, ordered my product on Thursday night and received it early Saturday morning with a free gift. Nicola is a super star, answered my questions immediately

Prompt, engaging and clear communications. Next day delivery.

Contacted by Nicola to see if I wanted to alter my order slightly to save money

Good price 👍

Very quick delivery and cheaper than the same tables we have been buying from the vets, even got some free treats which Ruby dog very much appreciated! Will definitely use again. Thank you

The service was quick and friendly. Nicola added a personal touch - and an unexpected freebie gift too. Excellent. Thank you 😊

I ordered some prescription medicine for my cat and received an immediate response from Nicola.
After exchanging a couple of chatty emails she confirmed the order was sorted. Sure enough, the order arrived well packed with a personalized note and even including some complimentary cat treats.
Ordered 5pm Tuesday, arrived 11am Thursday.
This is was the quality of service we always hope for but rarely experience.
Thanks Nicola and Vet Superstore.

Fantastic. Nicola and Rebekah are always super helpful and speedy at processing prescriptions and sending out orders and I love that they include a bag of treats with each order - such a nice touch!

I highly recommend the Vet Superstore. I have had an amazing service from Nicola: Super quick delivery; going above and beyond to fulfil my order by sending alternative products when what I wanted was out of stock; sending little treats free of charge with my orders; and the personal thank you notes with my orders really make the service impressive. I will now always make The Vet Superstore my first port of call when ordering supplies for my cats. Thank you Nicola and keep doing what you're doing!
