The Vet Superstore Arvostelua

Consistently good products, customer service and speedy delivery.

Great service and very helpful staff. Nicola was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Will certainly use vet superstore in future

Super-fast service, it took less than 24 hours from ordering to delivery.
Really friendly service from Nicola, she really goes the extra mile to help. I love dealing with this company and I would award more stars if possible ❤️

Highly Recommended

We ordered from The Vet Superstore when we'd been let down by another business and needed some Supreme Recovery Sachets urgently for one of the rescue rabbits in our care.
Our order was despatched quickly and the communication was excellent.
We would order from this business again.

Absolutely incredible service. I placed an order for a controlled drug at around 3.30pm on a Thursday. The prescription was delayed in getting to me and because it's a controlled drug I figured we'd get the order the following week at some point. This did leave us without meds over the weekend, but after looking for assistance previously from another pharmacy when I was in a similar situation and getting absolutely no help, I decided we'd just have to wait. I received an unexpected email from Nicola at Vet Superstore at 5.30pm to say that because it's a controlled drug it may take a little longer to dispense and did we currently have enough tablets to wait. I told her we were about to run out and she said she'd see what she could do. Low and behold, soon after I received an email from DPD saying they had the parcel and it would be delivered the following day! Honestly outstanding service and so rarely seen these days - I'll not use any other pharmacy now, customer care is above and beyond any expectations I had! As an added bonus, the cost of the drugs was one of the cheapest I could find.

Really Good service, quick postage and customer follow up, have no hesitation using these as a new supplier going forward

Excellent price point and speedy delivery

Great service, promptly delivered and fantastic customer care especially from Nicola. Many thanks

The friendliest and most prompt service I've received from any meds online. I shan't be going with anyone else after this - simply no need! Thanks Nicola!

Have ordered from this company twice now, so pleased with the service, from ordering to quick delivery. Have to mention I have got on both occasions a little extra treat which is a lovely touch.
Highly recommend

Really professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for a very personalised service.

Great service. Lovely staff . Very quick delivery

Very competitive prices and quick delivery. Will definitely use again and recommend to my other cat friends.

Very pleased with our order and the service provided. Very quick delivery and we loved the personal touch with the packaging and received a lovely gift for our fur baby.

Once more, I had to let The Vet Superstore know that they have surpassed my expectations of what a Vet Supplier should be - efficient, caring, prompt, compassionate. I wrote this to let others know.

Outstanding customer service during a stressful time!
When your dog is unwell, you want things to go smoothly, and The Vet Superstore exceeded all expectations. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service was excellent. Any queries I raised were responded to straightaway, which brought immense peace of mind. On top of that, their prices were affordable. Nicola has been absolutely fabulous to deal with and truly goes above and beyond. Thank you for the stellar care! Phyllis, David & Gongo!

Absolutely incredible customer service from this company. I've just placed my first order and was so impressed with the communication and the updates received. I also really appreciated the little touches with the order itself i.e. the fact it came with a little "thank you" pouch with some freebies, plus the cute stickers on the packaging itself. Huge thank you to Nicola for showing such warmth and friendliness in her emails, plus the vet Amanda. This level of service will make me return again for future purchases and recommend to others!

Fantastic service and always helpful a real pleasure to buy from at a great price

Extremely efficient and helpful, thank you

Excellent little store, will definitely be buying more pet supplies in the future :)

Ordered a dietetary supplement for my cat at a very good price, got a very friendly confirmation of my order over email, and the order itself was delivered super quickly. One of the best shopping experiences I had in a while, the people working there seem super nice.
