The trainer makes it all worth it. You won’t get bored. Amazing life and teaching skills from Neil’s part (trainer). Engaging class. Really enjoyed the course. Worth every penny. The trainer is really an asset to Tess Group.

The information created by the company and trainer was very helpful and useful for our daily jobs. Knows a lot about what powers we hold while we work. The course explains everything and elaborates of powers and all acts. The trainer was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great course delivered in an easy and engaging way by a very knowledgeable trainer.

Very informative sessions, great advice and support in a trusted environment. Professional standards were high, I am gonna be missing these sessions.

The trainer I had Neil for my CSAS/RSAS course was quite intense as there was a lot to remember but the delivery by Neil was first class. It was well paced and the delivery was excellent.

Neil was amazing, he made the course fun, made sure we were all included and engaged and also treated us fairly. He is very knowledgeable on the course. He is approachable and open, he adapted to everyone’s needs. He had a good sense of humour and made the course much less power point heavy, along with having many educational conversations with us. Give him a raise 😉

I have recently completed my Level 5 Operations / Departmental Management Apprenticeship. The course was challenging at times - especially when juggling work commitments, however our course module trainer Laura Macdonald was fantastic engaging and above all fair.
Special thanks must go to my course tutor Jason Davies who always went out of his way to ensure I was fully supported, and by being such a terrific bloke. His help and advice when recording our PDs and deciding what content should be added to portfolio of evidence over the course of the 18 month course duration was invaluable - and surely a contributory factor in my final result. I will miss our conversations greatly.
All in all, a fantastic course that due to its symbiosis with ongoing practical work; meant that I have also enjoyed considerable success in my role as Head of Commercial Optimisation over the course duration that I put down in no small part to the learnings applied by myself as a result of the Apprenticeship itself. Great work TESS Group!

Neil was brilliant at providing the information and explaining any points we wanted to go into detail with. Patient and very knowledgable. Would def do another course with him

Neil Richards was a fantastic trainer who delivered a fantastic course which covered many interesting topics. Cannot thank him enough for his passion and time to deliver.

The Operations Manager level 5 course was very detailed and provided me with the training I needed for the next step in my career. My skills coach Jason Davies was very supportive throughout and helped me to be the best I could be while on the course. I achieved a distinction and very happy to have completed to such a high result.

Thank you to Elaine and the Tess Group for their support with my Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship. The group sessions were interesting and engaging and the 1:1 skills coach sessions provided valuable space for individual follow-ups. I felt fully supported during my apprenticeship.

I recently completed the Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship through the Tess Group. I really enjoyed the whole course and learned so much. It was a great combination of theoretical knowledge building, practice and reflection. Thanks especially to my superb skills coach Elaine Denney. I received a distinction as a result of her support and guidance. I feel confident in my coaching skills now and eager to continue my personal development in this field.

I was guided and supported at every turn through what turned out to be a more challenging course than I was expecting ! I just found out today that I received a distinction in my level 5 Coaching qualification :) I can honestly say that this would not have been possible without the support of The Tess Group and Elaine Denny, in particular. Thankyou !!

Brilliant experience I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I was very impressed with how much information I managed to retain. Very engaging and a lot of discussions on the topics we needed to learn. The week has flown by. Huge credit to my trainer Neil Richards who without a doubt made this important and complex course enjoyable.

RSAS and CSAS course run by Neil Richards. It was a very informative course, I learned a lot from this course which will help me greatly in my job. He has a very helpful way of teaching where if you have any questions for him he would gladly explain them to me. Which made my understanding of certain subjects much easier to get. I enjoyed my week and I felt confident in what I learnt. Thank you for your support and teachings.
