Great trainer and a fantastic course. Would recommend to anyone!

Neil is a very good teacher. Would do any class he teaches I'm a heart beat.

The CSAS/RSAS Accreditation scheme was delivered by Neil Richards. He was very engaging and informative. We were able to crame lots of information in a very short period of time ( while take frequent breaks). The present was excellent, lots of encouragement to reach our goals (PASSED THE EXAM 😁). Very considered of others peoples needs. Really enjoyed the whole experiance.

My experience with Neil Richards’ training was outstanding. Neil’s expertise and engaging style made the sessions clear, practical, and enjoyable. He created a welcoming environment that encouraged questions and active learning. Thanks to his guidance, I feel much more confident applying these new skills. Truly a valuable and inspiring training experience.

Great trainer. Had a great and friendly atmosphere as he taught the material with great clarity

The course instructor Neil was extremely helpful and very encouraging. He delivered the course content in a professional and fun manner.

Mark's presentation style was engaging and tailored to the group. The content was clear and easy to follow. Mark kept the session flowing and staggered the practical element, which meant that people remained focused and were only outside for the short time. The anecdotes Mark used to bring the course content to life were relevant and memorable. Thank you for an enjoyable training session.

The trainer delivered the course well, had a friendly approachable manner and taught it well with lots of information, good content which was easy to follow and understand. The content is going to be useful to us in the future.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the CSAS/RSAS course and it has been very engaging and interactive. Neil has been amazing and I can’t fault him or the way he has done the course, he has taken time to help us understand the role and the concepts to ensure we pass our assessment.

Really engaging course, Neil was great when it came to making sure we were all involved and understood throughout the course
