A much improved experience for the 2nd session - great that feedback was taken on board and the session adjusted accordingly. Great to do face to face.

Jackie and Mark were so open, friendly and informative, although mark wasn't teaching us he did leave a lasting impression of the Tess group as he represents them, I will continue using the Tess group on broadening my knowledge.

Jackie is the best trainer and the service and the knowledgeable is unequivocally the best

The training The Tess Group delivered was too a very high standard with everything we need provided. The trainer Nick was a great communicator and clearly knows the content he delivers.

Excellent delivery of training delivered by very good trainers like Nick Hosegood

The training was informative and well-structured, with clear explanations and useful practical examples.
Overall, it was a valuable session that improved my understanding and confidence in applying the knowledge in practice.

Nick, presented the course in a very professional manner using his knowledge and experience to make the information easy to digest and relevant to my role in TFL using real life scenario and practical applications

Trainer tailored the course specific to our role and any thing that is not a requirement of our role those elements of the course were just briefly touched upon so as we were not bogged down with irrelevant information.
