After decades of trying to moderate my drinking without success I somehow stumbled on this course - if you’re constantly asking yourself am I drinking too much or spending hours having “conversations” with yourself as to when to drink - this is the course for you - life changing !

My graduation is today! 6 weeks of the most incredible content on this course. . An education that has changed everything about my relationship with alcohol. It is extremely interesting and so well put together by Kate. With videos, endless tools to help, previous peoples testimonials written as a Q&A daily, which is so helpful. Books and meditation links. It’s like the best life coaching experience for kicking the booze you could ever wish for!!
24/7 trained coaches you can ask online. Not to mention THE amazing community chat with your fellow group. This in itself was the most honest and raw I’ve ever been.
Forget Dry January and Giving up for Lent. Do this course and you will turn around your thinking on this journey in 6 weeks. Do not let the money put you off, borrow it! It’s not even expensive.

Just completed the Sober School course after many years of following Kate and her many FREE blogs and emails designed to explain our relationship with alcohol. I resisted joining the course for a long time due to the cost but decided to just bite the bullet and I'm so pleased I did. The personal interaction with Kate and the coaches is priceless. The community they create with others on the course is a safe space to discuss feelings, emotions and personal experiences. Sharing all of this and feeling included has been the best decision I have made in a long time. Many thanks to all and especially my Sober School gang of absolute treasures.

I’d been on Kate’s mailing list for a couple of years and liked what she had to say. Getting Unstuck courses came and went. I told myself I couldn’t justify the cost totally ignoring what I was spending on poison! My drinking was escalating when this last course came up and I signed up with a sense of resignation.

What an amazing course! I had a few slips along the was and was treated with compassion and kindness and helpful feedback from Kate and her coaches. The community is fabulous! I no longer feel alone in this.

This course is exactly what I needed. Outside, unbiased support, that really caters for any woman looking to give up alcohol. I am now confident I have many of the tools needed to carry on my sober journey. It felt like having a friend doing a daily check in and honestly just what I was hoping for.

From day 1 I knew I was in the right place. After numerous attempts to ‘moderate’ over many years the deal breaker for me ‘just try doing 6 weeks without a drink’. That really resonated as I thought if I can’t do that I really do have a major problem. From the daily lessons, the community chat, support from the coaches and total honesty I began to see the benefits almost immediately. The course is so well paced, so practical, so insightful and it feels like a miracle that I stumbled across it. I love my ‘sobriety super power’.

This is a wonderful course. The approach is just right for women who may already know a lot and might find it hard to say ‘I’m never drinking again’. There is really good content that makes you think and a helpful structure to follow. You are not boxed in, not talked down to, warmly respected and encouraged, taken seriously, able to stay private. There is a strong relational ethic that comes through in the course, and a pragmatism that one size does not fit all. I have found it the most useful experience in a very long time and I am grateful I found it.

If you are checking out these reviews to see if this is for real, I did that too! I’ve just completed, today actually, the coming unstuck April 2026 course. It has meant I have managed to be alcohol free for 6 weeks. I’m not going to say it was easy, it wasn’t, but I had the support of the course, the help and advice form the course coaches, but most importantly to me the other support of the other wonderful ladies on the course. You have daily lessons which can be done anytime of the day. They take around 15 minutes a day or longer if you want them to, Support from a group of like minded ladies, all going through the same as you. That support is truly wonderful. I’ve already made some new friends and shared things I haven’t told anyone before. Or you can just read, listen and not join in, if that’s not your thing. There are weekly zoom meetings so you can ask Kate the course leader questions. You have a section where you can ask the course coaches if you have any problems, worries or just need a safe place to share. It is a well run, sympathetic but positive approach to helping you reach your goals. I feel great and I’m now moving on to join the next group, the Sober Club. Believe me if I can do this, so can you!

The course is described as not requiring willpower. However, you have to stop drinking all by yourself on Day One - which clearly requires willpower.

Each day you receive a short video, which is a "lesson" but I did not find the content interesting or novel or anything I could not have found anywhere else.

The programme consists mainly of posting your response to the daily video onto a group chat. Some "coaches" who are ex-participants of the course, rather than Kate Bee herself, sometimes add comments. No private coaching is available, only responses to questions asked in the group chat.

Overall, I found it did nothing to help with drinking alcohol, and it was incredibly expensive for what it was. Nothing seemed based on any research or actual approaches to giving up alcohol.

A life changing course for me. The daily "lessons", the non-judgmental and accessible support from Kate Bee, her team and peers took me to a better understanding of the whys and how to manage life without alcohol. I took this course over 5 years ago and have never once regretted it or wished I hadn't spent the money on it. At the Sober School meet up in January 2026 I was delighted to be reunited with my course mates and friends ☺️

The support of the group is so helpful. Kate's daily lessons and weekly group zoom calls kept me feeling connected and motivated to continue alcohol free for the duration of the course. Totally worth the investment! I have now progressed onto the Sober Club my next goal 100 days sober!

The course has been hugely helpful and supportive. Made you feel like you are not alone with daily emails and weekly zoom meetings if you wish. It has made me realise that sobriety needs to be worked at but the rewards are immense. I took the week long Sober school reset back in November and really liked the non- judgemental approach with lessons based on science as well as experience.
I joined the Get Unstuck course at the beginning of January, full of trepidation and thinking "what have I to lose apart from a bit of money?". The best decision I've made in a long time - a truly safe space for women wanting to stop drinking, supportive, encouraging, empowering and, crucially, non- judgemental.
The daily lessons fit into your schedule, the community support as well as that from the coaches is amazing - there's nothing they haven't heard before and certainly other members have similar experiences to mine, you won't be alone.
I've completed the 6 week course successfully and have a completely different view about alcohol and myself. I've joined the Stay sober Club for ongoing support and training but this is entirely optional - there's no hard sell here or trying to sell you bolt on products etc.
Brush away the doubts and change your life!

I joined the getting unstuck Sober School class in January 2026 after trying for years to cut down. Kate's down to earth attitude and common sense approach worked for me. The online school makes it easy to fit into your schedule. I recommend the Sober School for women who want a sober life.

Kate Bee's Sober School is ALL that is says to be! Experienced, sober leadership women helping women (only) navigate their lives to an 'upgraded' alcohol-free life. They cover the full spectrum of education about alcohol to the self-care that we're lacking. They have created a very 'safe space' for women to work through and connect with others that are like-minded around their drinking habits. I highly recommend the six week Unstuck Course. It's worth every penny of investing in yourself!
