I purchased a box after a trial as I struggle to switch off, I take one whilst winding down after a full on day, they are nice tasting, I have mine with tonic. Once in bed I feel my body relaxed and calm. They help me sleep and have a restful night.

My sleep has improved so much. Even if I do wake up in the night, I go back to sleep quickly. I’m very happy with this product and will continue to use.

Does what is says on the packet, really does help me sleep at night. Also nice drank with boiled water.

Really works, I find they help me sleep and relax and wind down before bed. I was suspicious at first but absolutely singing the praises now, keep advising anyone that complains about sleep to try them.

I have been taking ‘Healthy Metal’ now for between 2-3 weeks. It tastes great, and is an easy drink before bedtime. The biggest difference I have noticed is from sleep tracking, it shows an increase in my deep sleep (which is what I wanted as I am a women in my late 50’s) and less restless legs from my training at the gym. Would defo recommend 😊

We have been taking Healthy Metal every night for 3 months now. We both feel that sleep is better and my finger nails have improved. It’s a pleasant night time ritual that tastes good and does you good. We take it in turns to order it, as my husband was drinking mine all the time.

The product is good and on the whole do recommend it for general health relaxing sore tired muscles and joints unwinding and fall asleep . Been using regularly for more than 6 months now. Simple to use . Fresh taste. Advanced osteoarthiritis bone on bone pain so any improvenent helps. Good for general health too. I'm a 66yr old disabled insomniac with digestive ahd other multiple
issues and its gentle enough on my stomach no issues.
Helps me sleep. Never have leg cramps . Nogt noticed a decrease in pain but little does I find using omega 3 capsules really compliments & works well together . Omega 3 always helps with pain . Magnesium Helps relax. unwind my sore joints and muscles. Conveniant easy dosage. Only drawback is the post. Doesnt turn up when it's supposed to and always late, but not the companys fault. Good quality. If it doesnt turn up let them know they re-send another which last time you can keep if it turns up. Not received any further discounts or free gifts though! I live in hope for further imprivements. So far great. :)

I have been an insomniac for decades - so I was a little sceptical that this would work, but I thought I would give it a try anyway! I’m so delighted that I did. While I do still wake up a couple of times during the night, it is still early days and I’ve noticed a definite improvement in how I feel when I wake up in the morning. I’ll keep taking it with the hope that after 3 months, I completely sleep through the night!

Like the drink warm an hr before I go to bed x I track my sleep & my core/deep sleep is definitely better!

After trying so many magnesium based products, to help with sleep, at long last I've found a game changer! Having the drink of Healthy Metal about an hour before going to bed is making a big difference to to the length & quality of my sleep after many years of it being disrupted & limited. I recommend it to everyone!

Product is pleasant to drink. It did help me relax slightly but I have many complex health disorders and even prescribed drugs cannot get me into a deep sleep. I ordered the 5& 7 day trial pack and gave the dmsller one to a neighbour which he saw a more favourable outcome.

Provided payment and personal details, twice for sample to be sent. Took 8 days to arrive and was a bit concerned.
Haven’t tried samples yet.

This product is really good I personally found it to be a little sour so the addition of some honey made it perfect

I initially ordered the trial sachets and just paid delivery. I have a blood condition which causes fatigue, some days it’s quite debilitating.
With the trial sachets I noticed within a few days my sleep had improved and muscle pain which I get at night was also better than it had been for months.
I’ve ordered three months and now halfway through my first box.
I’m sleeping like a baby. I do wake for the loo sometimes but I fall straight back to sleep as soon as I get back into bed. Energy during the day is better too. I take with cold water and a few frozen raspberries each night-lovely taste.
I would definitely recommend.

After being a long term sufferer of sleepless nights and my eldest daughter being the same I thought these were worth a try and I am so glad I did. We take the drink and it’s not like they knock us out or feel drowsy but it does help you relax and then when ready for bed we drift off easily and sleep through till morning.
