I purchased the Snugg iPad case a little over 5 years ago and I loved it. The design and quality is really great. Recently due to regular everyday use, it started to show signs of some peeling on the outer layer of the material. I contacted The Snugg and within 24 hours they reached out to me. I sent in some photos and a copy of my receipt and in just a few days, I got a new case in the mail. Same awesome quality and the customer service are absolutely wonderful. In my experience, The Snugg is one of those companies you will love both their products and their customer service.

I had my snugg phone case 6 months and the plastic snapped but the case was still usable and I did use it for several more months, was going to purchase a new case but remembered the lifetime guarantee . I sent a few pics to snugg who replaced it immediately with no questions . Would definitely recommend great customer service

I bought my first Snugg case more than four years ago for my iPad 4. The wonderful case, which allowed me to securely grasp with one hand my iPad for reading during my daily subway commute, was extremely functional. Over the years, a flaw developed in the leather and when I reported it to the Company this month, they quickly replaced the unit at no cost to me, no questions asked. Seeing the new replacement, I'm stunned with the beautiful design and flawless craftsmanship. I haven't received a case - for tech or anything else - in the last decade that resembles the quality of my Snugg case. I only hope this company is not put out of business by fly-by-night brands offering cheap alternatives.

Having had iPhones for some time now ,I have used Snugg cases regularly . Purchased two this time direct from supplier , one of 11th which came within 2 days and the second ordered on 15th arrived today very early . They are good safe cases to use , price is very reasonable and withy free courier delivery the service was very good .Had a query and the email response was within a very short time , with a polite customer service advisor answering my query satisfactorily . Although I had a minor issue with the first case, Elaine sent through a replacement straight away - you cannot ask for better service especially in the current climate and how difficult for many companies to provide an answer to a query.

Great company to deal with. All our phones, iPads and laptops have a Snugg case. We have has a couple of cases replaced over the years, with no hassle at all. We send a picture of the issue and by reply email a new case is sent. What more could you ask for from a company. It is so rare nowadays for a company to stand by their product to this degree. Great customer service and products.

I do wish that ALL UK customer service was as good as this, first class service all the way. My wife, bless her, ordered the wrong case for her iphone, they changed it without any issues. I sent the old one back and received a new on for my iphone Top draw company A1++

I purchased an ipad cover from SNUGG about 6 years ago, and the leather cover was starting to flake off in pieces. I contacted SNUGG by email, and provided my receipt and a photo of the problem, and within a week, a new cover was shipped to me. I am very satisfied with their product and their warranty coverage. I would definitely purchase from them again. Very satisfied.
