My iPad case was 2 years old, lovely red one, unfortunately bits started to chip on the corners I contacted Snugg via email, received a prompt reply, with the lifetime guarantee very pleasant reply, sorry waiting stock of red, I agreed to take blue, yes arrived 5 days later! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just had my iPhone 6 cover replaced under the life time guarantee replacement cover received 4 days later

I love my Snugg ipad case. I had a small issue with the 'hinge' and as soon as i contacted Sugg they arranged to send me a replacement under the life time guarantee straight away! This is a level of service you rarely see anymore. If you are considering investing in a Snugg product - go for it!!!

Had a little issue with my Snugg IPad Air 3 case so I contacted Snugg thru their site, not really expecting a whole lot of help with the issue I was having. I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me within 1 business day. All they asked for was a short video of me demoing the issue I was having. I shot and sent in the requested vid which took me about 2 minutes to make. Snugg got back to me quickly again and agreed to replace my case. Seriously - what else can you ask for besides a responsive company that stands behind their quality products?

I bought a Snugg cover for my iPad Air several years ago. It's starting to show wear and I ran across my original invoice that said "Lifetime Guarantee." So I inquired about it, was told yes I qualified, sent them some pictures to prove my claim along with a copy of the original invoice. I'm happy to say a new cover is on the way.

After sending tests results and videos for a week the support staff, Elaine, said that they would send me a replacement. After I sent Elaine what type of keyboard I bought from them and my address it only took two days before I received my replacement. The replacement keyboard was the same as the other keyboard. The only difference was the color. They stood by their warranty and that is good.

Your staff rocks it! They are the best as far as follow up customer service and answering all my issues. The Snugg is fantastic but alas your product does every 90 days! Wish your product was as good as your staff!

Snugg produit vraiment garantie à vie Faisant suite à une demande d information de client Amazon sur un produit de la marque snugg j ai pris contact avec le Sav pour étui que j avais acheté en 2015 pour lequel il y avait un problème qualité n ayant pas eut de retour après les 6 premier mois j avais oublié que mon produit étais garantie à vie j ai relancé le service ma demande a été très bien traité et j ai reçu mon étuis de remplacement en moins d une semaine Snugg très pro je recommande les 5 étoiles ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sont vraiment mérités concernant la qualité du produit à surveiller le cuir utilisé me semble peu qualitatif a voir dans le temps si le problème identifié ne se représente pas ( cuir tombant en lambeau affaire à suivre)

My Snugg iPhone case started to deteriorate after a while. I made contact with their customer service and they replaced the case straight away. The communication and service was first class. I love my Snugg phone case and it keeps my phone safe and securely protected.

I have had my snugg case for almost a year. I love it. The keyboard is wonderful and my daughter loves the pretty lights. She’s six and uses my iPad all the time. The case has protected it even from her. It is very convenient that it swivels 360 degrees allowing her to use it as a tablet in the car to watch movies. They did a wonderful job designing the keyboard making the appropriate keys smaller so that your normal typing isn’t disrupted. A great set of keys above the numbers is excellent for a great number of shortcuts that are very useful. The reason I am writing this review though is for the wonderful customer service I received the other day. I was a little skeptical at first because they only could be reached by email. But I went ahead and filled out their web form. About a week ago some of the number keys and the shift key stopped working, making it very hard to type. I know these things can happen even with well made products for the simple fact that they have to produce so many. I contacted snugg and someone responded to my email in less than twelve hours asking me for a video of the problem so they could verify it. I sent the email and with a very sincere apology they sent me a new one. The tracking number was included in the email and to my amazement it was sent day delivery. In my experience when a company sends a replacement it can take up to four weeks to arrive. Outstanding customer service even though you don’t speak live to a person. I will be a customer for life. Thanks again to the snugg team for help and timely response. I hope you continue to make great products and the snugg guarantee is amazing.

I’ve bought a Snugg case on 26th December 2019 for my new iPad mini, I had bought one years ago for my old iPad & loved it so much I had to buy one for my new iPad mini, however it broke at the hinge over the August Bank Holiday weekend. I contacted Snugg on the Sunday & had a reply back on the next day. I was surprised at how quick they responded especially on a bank holiday. I explained the problem to them & sent pictures of my broken case & fairplay they arranged to send me a new one 2 days later. By the end of the week I had my new case. Superb customer service, highly recommend them!

Horrors! My almost 5 year old iPad Mini cover was wearing out. I contacted Customer Service (Luis and Elaine) who requested the details about my device and photos to confirm the wear. Except for a delay to get the color that I wanted, the delivery was prompt and I am thrilled with my new case. Thank you Snugg! You’re the best!

Sometimes it's not just about a great product, it’s also about great service.
Having previously purchased Snugg iPad cases and found them to be brilliant, especially in terms of stability on my home and work surfaces (I have tried other makes and nothing has come close). So when I ordered my new iPad I bought a Snugg case as well, but after 3months I was having an issue with the case and contacted Snugg.
Their Customer Support was superb and a replacement was dispatched - this was despite the fact I had purchased it through another online reseller and they had no obligation to replace the faulty case.

The phone cases are very good but occasionally they do break, but the staff (Elaine) are fantastic and after supplying photos, a replacement was sent. I’ve been using Snugg cases for years now and they are great. I will continue to do so. Thanks.
