I bought a Snugg phone cover in May 2020 and loved it. Earlier this month some of the casing cracked and I contacted Snugg and I have had a brilliant response. Very prompt replies, extremely courteous and a replacement sent and received. I am a very happy Snugg user!

I have had Snugg covers for years and find them good value for money. One cover cracked and on emailing James at Customer Service with pictures and the order number a replacement has been sent to me immediately. Thank you for your prompt and courteous attention.

I initially contacted The Snugg in September 2020 regarding their lifetime guarantee for my iPad Air Cover which had fallen apart. After numerous email exchanges with documentation The Snugg agreed to replace the cover (which I had purchased through Amazon). The staff always responded to my emails within a day and were very professional. My new iPad cover arrived and I am pleased.

I ordered a case through Amazon a year ago. The case broke and within 5 days of contacting Sugg customer services, i now have an like for like replacement. Impeccable and efficient customer service to go with a quality product.

So I decided to order directly via Snuggs website and after dealing with customer services, they couldn't have more helpful. I was sent a case within 2 days, and I'm delighted with it. I’ve had one of Snuggs cases for years for my old iPad. I recently got a new model so wanted a new Snugg case to go with it.
The first one I ordered was slightly the wrong size but after one email to Snugg it was solved right away with a new & correct case send out very quickly.

I ordered an ipad case for my mother at Christmas but stupidly ordered for the wrong model. After contacting Snugg and explaining the situation they were very understanding and extremely helpful in sending out a replacement case which was now the correct type. I could not recommend Snugg highly enough. The products are also top quality and worth the cost !

I bought the iPad 4 mini keyboard case just over a year back. Sadly a crack developed on the opening hinge area. I contacted Snugg and five days later I have a brand new case from them. Excellent customer service and delighted they honoured the guarantee. Looks like the new case is a slightly different plastic too so I’m presuming they’ve addressed the previous issue. Would highly recommend the products and the company.

I have bought several phone covers from Snuggs over the years and they have been good value and great quality. The Christmas cover I bought for my sons new phone developed a small fault, no worries thereʻs a life time guarantee.

Our company have used Snugg iPad cases for years. Recently one developed a bluetooth connection problem and after sending a brief report and short video a replacement was actioned. Where can you get that kind of service? In my experience it is rare but the Snugg team were excellent throughout.
