iPad case began to break down along the edges after about 4 years. Had kept lifetime guarantee so was sent a replacement case as promised. Emails answered promptly and as commented by previous reviewers, they stand by their guarantee. Very good service. Thank you.

The Snugg died unexpectedly. I did what I don’t normally do because it usually doesn’t work—I called the company. They asked for a couple of things and sent a new one out immediately.

Hello everyone, I bought a coffee at snugg two and a half years ago, unfortunately the cover has been damaged in the meantime.
I then wrote an email to snug, which was answered immediately.
3 days later I had a new cover from Snugg.
The snugg employee was very, very helpful and friendly. It couldn't be better.

I have had many Snugg iPad covers over the years and for the most part, they have been brilliant. However, a case I bought last year for my IPad 10.2 started to crack. I contacted them on Monday and on Thursday, a brand new case was delivered free of charge. The whole process was very easy. I will definitely be using them again.

Purchased an ipad mini 3 cover 3 years ago, with a lifetime garuntee from amazon a company that appeared to be snugg and payed full snugg price.
3 years on and the hinge has started to fail to bits.
Snugg are washing there hands of it claiming they did not sell it to me and unless i buy direct from them there is no lifetime warranty... In retail when you buy a product with lifetime warranty the retailer only usually honours the first year then it reverts to the manufacturer, who in this instance are not honourable...”Take your money and run” and “not worth the paper its written on” which is a shame as its a great product but I payed a premium for a product that had a lifetime warranty, that clearly by others reviews doesnt exist!

After several emails back and forth, Snugg replaced my cover as a gesture of goodwill. Not sure if I would purchase a product with lifetime warranty unless directly from the manufacturers again so if you are going to buy a Snugg definitely buy it direct from them would be my advice.

I Contacted The Snugg for a replacement iPad Air cover under their Lifetime Guarantee. This would be my second replacement in 4 years and they couldn't have been more helpful.
My new cover is now in the post and I can't wait to receive it.

After 4 years my iPad case got a bit threadbare. As I had the 'lifetime guarantee', I contacted Snugg for a replacement. After a few e-mails and a little wait as they were out of stock, I have now received my replacement. All the staff answered promptly and politely. No problem in recommending Snugg at all.

I was very pleased with the service and their willingness to be of service. The apple pencil was stuck inside the Snugg case and was not able to retrieve it out. So I had to cut it out. After showing the situation to them. They offered to replace it. I was shocked and now I know to only use their products because not only the quality is good but they back it up with sincere service.
