Has a small issue with a case I bought in 2016, asked how I could fix it and was sent an entirely new case by the customer services team. Very decent of them seeing as they could have said wear and tear-but the actually honoured their customer service, and good job they did because I will continue to be a loyal customer because of this. Not many companies in 2021 are this decent.

Jim in customer services was polite, efficient and most helpful-you should be very grateful to have him SNUGG.

Snugg wireless keyboard developed a fault ie some keys not working. Contacted customer services and emailed a small video as requested 2 days ago and new keyboard arrived today around 2.30-45. What service, I would not use any other iPad case keyboard.

Had a small problem with my iPad Air 3rd generation Snugg case which was 9 months old.
I contacted Snugg and Jim requested order number and photos to confirm fault.
Amazed at such quick response from him to say, no problem, we will send you a new case.
I have read some negative reviews about Snugg but I honestly believe if you are unfortunate to have a faulty item and it was ordered initially from Snugg or a Snugg Official agent with the order number, you will have no problem whatsoever in getting it replaced.
I have used Snugg cases for several years and this was the first time I had a problem and would therefore still recommend them for quality products and especially their professional after sales service

Once he had the order number and pictures there was no quibble with the lifetime guarantee for my iPhone case/wallet. Jim was excellent. Thank you.

What can I say? No quibble on the lifetime guarantee, just prompt, efficient and professional service from Jim and a replacement (loose key) keyboard is on it’s way. Thank you Jim and Snugg!

Amazing service! My iPad case broke at the hinge suddenly and Jim/Snugg responded quickly and sent me a new case. I'm beyond thrilled with the responsiveness of Snugg and LOVE the case--I'm so glad it will be replaced.

When my mini-iPad, case and keyboard broke at the hinge, Jim, from Snugg, very quickly arranged for it to be replaced. The one that broke was very stiff to open, and was putting too much stress on the hinge. So pleased with the service.

I also have one of their iPhone cases, which has been an excellent replacement for an expensive competitor's case, which, literally, fell apart.

I had a small problem with the cover of my iPad case appearing to be breaking up, I contacted Snugg to get suggestions from them, with a very prompt reply they just asked me to send some pictures to show the damage.
A further reply within an hour informed me that it was indeed covered by their Life Time Guarantee and that they would send me a replacement which true to their word they did.

I sent my initial query on the Monday and on Thursday of the same week I had received the replacement

I found their service care second to none with their friendly and prompt service and would recommend any one of their cases, we have two iPads both of which are in Snugg cases and we wouldn't want them to be in any other make of case

Had a small problem with the TPU shell breaking up, contacted Snugg to check if I could replace it under their Life Time Guarantee. After send them a few pictures of the damage they said I could get a replacement although the colour I wished was not in stock, I could wait until it was, however, I chose a different colour and this was promptly dispatched to me.
I found their service care second to none a would recommend any one of their cases both for the phones I have had and my present iPad to be of a superb quality and will certainly choose them again when upgrading my phone. This is the best company to buy IPad cover. I had problems with two covers within a month which probably was a bad batch, the snugg sent me a replacement in a different color very quickly which solved the problem. This company stands by their customers and make sure you are satisfied. They have a lifelong warranty if you purchased from them and they do honored their warranty. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else but at the Snugg.

I bought a Snugg keyboard case for my mini I-pad 5. I was really pleased with it but after 6 weeks of normal use, the hinge was coming apart. I emailed Snugg and James was so helpful and has sent me a replacement, which I have received today. I am hoping that the replacement will be better made and look forward to using it for a long time to come. Thank you very much James for excellent customer service (even on a bank holiday weekend) and thank you Snugg for a good product. It makes my mini I-pad into a a mini computer! 😉

I ordered a black Snugg case for my iPad Pro 9.7. I have had numerous Snugg cases before and always loved them. The case I received did not sleep/wake the iPad properly. I reached out and they immediately sent a replacement, no questions asked. The replacement had the same issue, as did a second replacement. I have multiple iPads, so I decided to try the cases on one of my older iPad Air 2’s and they worked. So, I think that batch of cases was either mislabeled or misconfigured. After explaining the issue, Snugg offered to send me a third replacement of a different color. That one just arrived and it works on my iPad Pro 9.7. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, the prompt responses, and the continual support until the issue was finally resolved; especially from James!

True to their words! I ordered my iPhone in 2019 and paid £14.99, money well spent. My case, through wear and tear, required a new one and I emailed Snugg with order number and within a day they arranged for a new one to be sent out. Brilliant!
