The Parking Spot Arvostelua

I miss having someone at the checkout gate. No one to give you a bottle of water. Scanner doesn't always work well. Swiping your cc doesn't always bring up your ticket.

It is so easy to schedule a spot, and then so easy to get back to your spot! The drivers are helpful and polite. Service is quick and easy!

It was great even for a technologically challenged person as myself. The key to my great experience were your employees. The young lady in the booth who was the same on both my departure and return. She was fantastic. She saw I was having problems entering the lot, and she gave me great service. The guys who drove the shuttles exemplified what great down-home customer service is. Thank you, Parking Spot.

When needing to get to the airport on time, it's good to park within a short distance from the airport. When we arrived the bus was waiting to take us to our terminal. Very helpful driver with our luggage.

Great employees and service. They took care of us, and we'll use this service every time we fly out of PHL. The location is perfect because it only took us 5 minutes to get to the airport.

The Parking Spot drivers are almost always helpful and friendly. Usually get to the gate and back to my car pretty quick.

Your people are fantastic. The driver that picked us up Saturday afternoon was so friendly and helpful. Outstanding!!!!

I will always refer people to The Parking Spot. You can't beat their prices and service! I never have any issues with my vehicle upon my return. It's always there ready and waiting for me to go home.

Friendly drivers and great to do business with. It was my first time going on my own since I usually have my daughter with me who is a seasoned TPS user, and the gate attendants were very helpful in getting me out successfully when I couldn't get my email to work for the QR code.

Great staff; safe place and the pick up and drop off is easy

Quick, easy and efficient!

The gate agent was pleasant and helpful. The drivers were prompt to pick me up and helped with my luggage, and pleasant.

Convenient and easy to do. Friendly staff!!

Very friendly. On time and professional. Very patient, great with pick up and drop off.

Super secure and convenient location with door to door service! We arrived super late and with a short phone call the shuttle arrived to pick us up and get us back to the car. They proactively asked for our ticket number and the car was waiting for us so we were headed home in no time!

Great discount through AAA. Parking lot was clean, well lit and plenty of open parking spaces. I felt safe as a single woman traveling on a business trip.
Trollys ran often and the driver helped me with my bags.
When exiting the lot the attendant offered me a cold bottle of water. Will use again and again. Thank you to everyone.

While your facility is nice, and convenient, your drivers are certainly not. Two months ago I encountered a young man that had lots of larger and older people on the bus, and it took a while for people to move to let me sit. The driver didn't care, didn't wait for me to sit, and hit the gas so hard that I flew towards the back of the bus....if it weren't for two lovely men who grabbed both of my arms , my face would have smashed the back window!
Today, the young man barely spoke to us, tossed our luggage all over, and clearly did not want to be there. He needed an attitude adjustment.
You clearly need better training, and ride alongside to see what your drivers are actually doing!
I apologize to the few drivers that are really good at their jobs, but the majority are rude, unsafe, and need fired.

Outstanding, clean, safe and reliable. I travel alone typically and am an older female. I have NEVER felt stress over safety, not knowing where to go or worrying the shuttle will come. They have a great system and I highly recommend it for someone looking for an affordable parking option in Charlotte.
