The Parking Spot Arvostelua

While your facility is nice, and convenient, your drivers are certainly not. Two months ago I encountered a young man that had lots of larger and older people on the bus, and it took a while for people to move to let me sit. The driver didn't care, didn't wait for me to sit, and hit the gas so hard that I flew towards the back of the bus....if it weren't for two lovely men who grabbed both of my arms , my face would have smashed the back window!
Today, the young man barely spoke to us, tossed our luggage all over, and clearly did not want to be there. He needed an attitude adjustment.
You clearly need better training, and ride alongside to see what your drivers are actually doing!
I apologize to the few drivers that are really good at their jobs, but the majority are rude, unsafe, and need fired.

Outstanding, clean, safe and reliable. I travel alone typically and am an older female. I have NEVER felt stress over safety, not knowing where to go or worrying the shuttle will come. They have a great system and I highly recommend it for someone looking for an affordable parking option in Charlotte.

Simplicity of location, parking, shuttle & checking in/out with app. Worry-free and good security when leaving my car.

Convenient, simple, quick

timely shuttles. kind staff. easy to get in and out.

Everything was very efficient, staff was helpful, very little wait time for the vans/busses and the price is great.

Parked here for a week! It was great. Shuttle was quick and super friendly. Easy check in and out. Get the app!

Great location for exiting and well trained and personable drivers

Easy in and out. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Wait time at the airport is minimal when getting picked up.

Easy to find, easy to use, good value.

So convenient and close to the airport. I love that the shuttle picks you up directly at your vehicle. Very little waiting at the airport and the parking lot.

I am able to schedule my parking space months in advance, and often receive a great discount when I schedule in advance. I like being able to park my vehicle off-site from the airport, have a shuttle take me to the front door of the airport and then pick me up almost immediately after I return home again. The Parking Spot is my favorite parking location and I have recommended them to many people, who are also pleased with their service.

Easy reservations, covered parking spots with convenient locations near the airport are all great, but it is the friendly and helpful drivers that keeps us coming back to use The Parking Spot. Every experience has always been smooth and easy and the cold water bottles as we leave to drive home are such a thoughtful and appreciated touch!

Nice drivers

The advance payment option is great, and the bus driver was very helpful. Minimal wait time.

They were waiting for us when we got off our plane, took us right to our vehicle, and BAM we were on our way home!!

The busses run frequently enough so you never feel rushed. The staff are always friendly and professional as well as helpful.

I’ve been using the Parking Spot for several years and will continue to always use them. Everyone is very helpful, polite and efficient. I highly recommend them to everyone.
