I always get the best service at The Parking Spot 2

I always get the best service at The Parking Spot 2. From easy parking to timely shuttle service. I have only ever had one complaint and the amazing Cheryl reached out to me to have a discussion. In no time at all, my issues were solved and she was amazingly caring and courteous. With people like her around, The Parking Spot 2 is in great hands. Thank you very much. See you all soon!

The Parking Spot: a great off-site parking option for DFW

This was my first time using The Parking Spot. The last time I flew, I parked at the airport, and it was costly, so I wanted a cheaper option. I researched various parking lots around DFW and decided on The Parking Spot North. It was close to the airport and the directions on how to use the site were straightforward. I used their app to check in and was directed to a lettered row. The shuttle driver arrived within a minute and gave me an identifying ticket with my car's location for when I returned. He loaded my bags in the shuttle and we made the short trip to the airport; much easier than me having to find the terminal on my own, especially with all the construction going on. The app informs you where to wait for the shuttle when you return. The drivers were courteous, professional and careful with my luggage. I saved over a hundred dollars using this option instead of the airport. This is an efficiently-run organization and provides a great service for the public.
