The Parking Spot Arvostelua

Safe and secure easy to reserve and I like prepayment

Easy to book a parking spot online using the app. Shuttle service is convenient. Always a good experience at The Parking Spot.

Easy to reserve, quick shuttles, great staff!!

Will continue to use the Parking Spot in the future. Very convenient and cost friendly.

Like being picked up at the car and given a card with stall number so I don’t have to remember. Cold water available at exit, easy entry and exit with QR code.

Convenient, good price, friendly drivers, clean shuttles, etc. The only things I would change is if the drivers could be a little more communicative if there's a delay or we're doing something abnormal. And the QR codes lead to a site to be able to tip, but the site has major issues. I've tried so many times to tip and regardless of time of day, type of card, number of tries...the amount charges, goes through, I get a notification that I've been charged on my account, and then I almost immediately get a notification that there's an issue and I'm getting refunded.

Other than that, it's great!

It's convenient, affordable and timely.

There are many reasons I use The Parking Spot : location, friendly and reliable staff, reasonable cost, safety of my vehicle, and cool water when exiting. However, I particularly like the shuttle pick up at my car immediately after I park, and drop off at my car when I return.

Staff was excellent to help me on an auto issue. Was able to get home on time.

The Van being on the Arrival Floor much better, less traffic, asking me for my ticket to call in and have my car brought up front right where the Van unloads passengers to the lot, valet asked if I wanted a water for my ride home..spot on.

The drivers are courteous and friendly. They pick up and return you back to your vehicle. This is a great time saver and a great sense of security.

Very easy to use, and the locations are very convenient.

Convenient, reasonable price, no wait for the shuttle on either end of my trip, courteous drivers.

I was so impressed with the ease of parking here, and how quickly the entire process was. It was a matter of MINUTES from the time I scanned into the parking lot, found a spot, grabbed my luggage, took the elevator down 1 floor to the shuttle and the shuttle was moving towards the parking garage exit. Same applied to my return trip. I got outside at the airport, and the shuttle was there in minutes and we were on our way back to the parking garage. The shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful.

These folks always pick up and drop off promptly and they are so pleasant to be around.
The folks at the gate help if I have issues getting in or out and they are always just nice and seem happy to be there.

Prompt and friendly! And went above and beyond when I left my phone!

The drivers helped us with our bags which saves a lot of strain on aging bodies. I'm very thankful that the app knows we've arrived and the bus picks us up in no time. Friendly, helpful, convenient, and reliable. Thank you!

Great Service, I trust Parking Spot, the employees are friendly and very helpful!
