The Parking Spot Arvostelua

Excellent ease in making appointments and good benefits for regular customers

Used JFK location, no issues

Quick and easy transportation to Bergstrom terminal. My car is safe and secure while I’m away.

Very efficient company. Clean vans and timely. Nice drivers . Will use again!

Pickup at my car and at the airport went very well. Very friendly and professional service.

It provides peace of mind knowing that my car is safely fenced in and under roof. Being picked up and dropped off right from your car to the airport makes traveling so much simpler. The drivers are always friendly and helpful.

Leaving the car there was fine, but when we returned to pick up the car, it was a very, very long walk to meet the shuttle.

You provide care to your customers. I was late picking up my car because of a close relative's death, and you considered that when giving me my bill and expressing your condolences. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

The buses are prompt and the staff is cordial.

I arrived at 3:45 am and the shuttle was at my car to pick me up within a minute.

Excellent Experience at The Parking Spot West!
I recently used The Parking Spot West for the first time and had an outstanding experience. I booked covered parking for 4 days, and the total cost was only $70, which was much more affordable than other DIA parking options.
After making my reservation, I came across some negative reviews and became a little concerned. Thankfully, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly attendant who quickly scanned my QR code, gave me clear directions to my parking spot, and even radioed a shuttle driver to meet me there.
Once I parked, the shuttle driver was waiting and immediately helped me unload my luggage and get settled on the shuttle. The ride to the airport took about 10 minutes, and I arrived well before my recommended check-in time.
My return trip was just as smooth. After landing, I only waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle. The driver was just as friendly and courteous, dropped me off directly at my vehicle, and even helped load my bags into my trunk.
The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend The Parking Spot West to anyone flying out of DIA. I will definitely be using them again! 🚗✈️👏🤩

The site is convenient, employees courteous , and priced very competitively. I especially like their early payment discounts.

Easy to find the lot and a space. Very smooth to get to the car when you arrive back and great access to the Interstate

Great customer service and easy-to-understand instructions.

Well, the service is pretty painless -- just reserve online, generate your QR code and receipt, and go to the site. I was a very early morning arrival, and there was someone on duty at the kiosk to send me to a close parking spot and the bus was there before I even got my bag out of the trunk. The only negative (which I know is dictated by BWI) is that ALL the non-AP parking vendors have a pickup spot that is pretty far from where Southwest comes into the terminal, on your return. Okay for me, might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. I recommend reserve your stay, but select to pay on leaving, in case some emergency changes your travel schedule. And be sure to take advantage of discounts for AAA and other organizations. Saved me some $$.

Always one of the smoothest parts of every trip… and I fly out of PHL a lot. Never have a single issue with any aspect of checking in, parking, shuttling to the airport, shuttling back upon return, or checking out. Definitely the place to park.

The drivers are so helpful and courteous. The wait time to be taken to the airport and returned to our car when we land is less than 10 minutes on each end. We highly recommend the Parking Spot to all of our friends.

You are close to the airport, employees are friendly and helpfull and your buses run on a regular schedule.
