The Parking Spot Arvostelua

Your shuttles are on time, drivers are curtious and polite and the ticket for your parking takes the cake yall know exactly where my car is and drop me there when I return wow saves me alotta headache and walking and rushing. God Bless you guys.

The ease of getting into the spot getting the shuttle to the airport and back but most of all I had an excellent experience when I got home. I'm 77 years old and my flight got in quiet late due to weather delays. Itwas about 9:30 9:45 when I got to the parking lot. My car was totally dead and it was a little unnerving being out there by myself at that time of night I had my stub with the phone number on the back, I called and somebody was there to help me within 10 minutes and I was on my way. I will continue to use the Parking Spot anywhere it's available ! A big thank you to the gentleman who came out to help me and the courteousness of the woman who took my phone call

I've used The Parking Spot for years. Simply make a reservation (or not), Pull in and park, then the bus takes you directly to your terminal. Reasonable prices, clean, quick service. On return, hop on the bus and you're out of the airport and back to your car in a hurry.

Short transfer to the airport, courteous and helpful attendants and the app works first time, every time!

Picked quickly from the lot and from the airport.

Easy Peasy for parking and getting to the terminal

The Parking Spot offered value is amazing, so convenient and affordable. It makes your trip start and finish with great efficiency!

The App makes it easy to scan your reservation, and the attendants and drivers have always been helpful.

All of the service providers were not only helpful but friendly. I have used this service provider in the past and plan on selecting this company for future service.

Very easy to book reservations, and upon return, car is always ready and waiting. Staff is very friendly

Very reliable service with terrific employees!

Usually is no waiting, you park your car and the shuttle is there and you are at the airport within 10 minutes or less.

PHL parking spot is the worst. last time they told me I didnt check in, yet I was in the lot trying to check out at past midnight. They basically held me hostage for 45 + min not letting me out. Today I showed up and waited 20+ min for shuttle to the airport. Been using them for > 20 years. Going downhill fast!!

I fly from BUF and the Parking Spot is always so dependable and fast. The parking lot is very secure and
The people are great! You are picked up right after you park your car and then after being picked up from the airport, you are dropped off at your car! What a GREAT
service!!! Thank you!!

Parked in the DFW South lot Sept 19th night with over 3/4 of a tank of gas. When I came back Monday morning 1AM, the car wouldn't start because the tank was completely empty. I had no leaks or unusual fuel use before or since, so it appears the fuel was siphoned while parked here. I had to call AAA for emergency fuel.

When I told the attendant on duty, he just shrugged and said nothing could be done. No apology, no incident report, no offer to check cameras. I've since contacted management directly. If you park here overnight, I'd recommend a locking gas cap and taking a photo of your fuel gauge when you park.

Update: The management got back to me and expressed regret for my experience and refunded my parking fee, and added additional points to my account as additional compensation. Since the customer service experience with the management was good, I am updating the rating.

Convenience, friendly, helpful, accomodating staff (especially when you've misplaced your car) and easily identifiable shuttles!

Great location. Easy to reserve and pay online. Fast friendly staff.

This parking spot service was easy to use and not confusing to find the location when it was time to get picked up. I like the personal pickup and drop off at your vehicle. 10 star rating.

We have never had a problem.
