The company representative who returned my email was very polite in bringing my error to my attention without making me feel bad. I had forgotten my item wasn’t supposed to ship until after 11/10/25. I emailed asking why I hadn’t received a shipped email yet on 11/7/25! I am such a doofus!

Was told to email info for gif card for my grandson which I did…guess email was never seen. Got no answer just thanks for the input

I messaged Theory11 support after noticing print errors in my decks I got from them and they still didn't answer me after 5 days.

I signed up to get a special discount for 1st timers, made a purchase, forgot to add the discount, sent a customer service question about refunding the discount I forgot to add, and within HOURS got a response. Amazing!

I purchased a puzzle from theory 11 and finally got to putting it together. Lo and behold, it turns out there was a piece missing. I figured it was a long shot but I emailed the company to see if it could be replaced by any chance and while they confirmed they could not replace the individual piece, they offered to replace the entire puzzle free of charge.

I will admit that I saw the puzzle locally after I purchased it from theory 11 and was a little disappointed because I didn't realize I could have had it sooner. However in retrospect, I am beyond grateful that I purchased it from the company directly. Their customer service has been incredibly fast, polite, and they have gone above and beyond. I look forward to being able to purchase more products from them in the future!

I recently purchased the Hogwards puzzle by Theory11 - absolutely loved it. Definitely would like to puzzle it again.

I had an unexpected issue though, but the support team solved it wonderfully. Will definitely shop here again for presents and further puzzles.

I love getting emails from them and I love to see the cool decks that they make! I really, really, really, hope that they make a Weird Al deck because his tour just ended!

I’ve been buying from t11 for years now. They have some really good magic content and make a ton of really cool cards. I have only had 1 package ever come with issues and they promptly helped sort out the issues. Overall would highly recommend purchasing from the company if you are a magic fan or a card enthusiast.
