WARNING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!! This is my last order from Oriental Trading!! I'll try out literally ANY other company & I'm willing to pay more at this point because any potential savings is NOT worth the aggravation. I needed my order for TONIGHT'S Girl Scout meeting and ordered enough in advance to have it on time. My last 2 OT orders (1 last month and 1 this month) have been both delayed and downright AWFUL!! They are using a delivery company called SpeedX!! Do NOT believe their lying name. NOT only are they slow but they LIE!! They said they attempted to deliver my package on Thursday, 4/9 & when I track the package their site states, "Attempted Delivery: No access." I have a 2 lane driveway with CLEAR access to my front door. I receive Amazon, USPS, Walmart, Target and other deliveries without incident AND I have a ring cam. No attempt was EVER made!! I can accept a delayed package for whatever reason but do NOT lie to me and say you attempted to deliver when you clearly did NOT!! When you reach out to them you get AI & this is their response. "I apologize for the inconvenience regarding your package. The current status indicates that it is scheduled for redelivery, but I do not have specific information on the exact date of the next delivery attempt. Since you mentioned that your address is correct, I will need to delegate this issue to the appropriate assistant to handle it further. Please hold on for a moment." No one ever came on line... I'm literally STILL waiting for an "appropriate assistant" So the bottom line is I will NOT have my items for tonight's meeting and now I have to run all over town to get what I need. This is a Thanks for NOTHING Oriental Trading AND your delivery company that should be called SlowerThan💩X!!

OTC Charged my account for "rewards" that I didn't authorize! A desperate measure from a sub standard company. Shame on you!
Why?

Everything I received was in perfect condition.

Bad experience with the timeliness of ordering. It said on website that if you order befor Monday, you would get your order before Easter Sunday. Thats a lie. I was told the 7th when Easter was the 5th. Dont trust them on the shipping lie.

The items were lovely and arrived right on time for the baby shower. Thrilled with the experience and will be a repeat customer.

I ordered a wireless HDMI transmitter from this company, as advertised on Facebook. It's been over 6 weeks, and I still have not received the item. When I contacted Customer Service, they told me it was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company.

If I were you, I wouldn't order from this company.

Don’t trust this company it signs you ups for a membership that changes you I ended up buying things for my nephew for his v day party thing I was only buying the product not signing up for a membership I end up getting charged today 3/5/2026 for 16.95 won’t be back using them

Made an order for a conference of some cut outs for superheroes and Gotham and they had mold and mildew all over them and they would not return them because it was over 30 days. It's crazy that they send products out with mold and mildew see photos.

I ordered coloring books/crayons in January. Paid in full w/debit card.
On 2/4 my card was debited $16.95 recurring charge for the "fun rewards program" that I DID NOT sign up for.
I have bought from this company for years and always satisfied w/prices and products, but this just really irritated me. Customer service was nice and helpful once contacted, but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not sure I will ever be ordering from here again.

Pity, they take out of your bank account twice a month without the slightest attention to warn the customer, I call it a scam when they abuse the power it has. To steal by announcing profits that one never asked for or I never need, just to make a single purchase in years !! Ridiculous take care of this company and its charges of 14.95 doubles per month just to obtain profits I do not want and do not need them from this type of company bulgares thieves

My Grinch Christmas party was a booming success! Thank you for so many choices in my purchases. I think I ordered everything you offered. 😆

In November 2025 I ordered $70, with tax & shipping, 2 duck groupings of 4 bags. I received the order with a bag change out on the Sailing the Seas grouping. I was looking forward to the shark ducks package but instead received some unrecognizable sea animals substitute. I called and was told they were out of the sharks and it was switched out. I was told they would email me a FedEx label for a “free return” of the Sailing the Seas group and would refund half my order which was $32.99 + tax. I printed out their “free return” label sent the unwanted sea grouping back as requested, the following day. After 3 weeks I saw no refund from Oriental Trading Co. I emailed them their past weekend and the next day was told they would credit my charge card. Instead of what I paid plus tax, I received $26.99 back. I called Oriental on 12/22 and spoke with Teresa. She told me their fine print said the customer might not receive what they ordered due to them getting their product from an outside supplier. “We have no control of what we receive”. She denied them changing out bag groupings (surprisingly it comes to the customer with their Oriental Trading label on the box). Teresa also said “they took off $6” for the return. I explained to TERESA I was told it was a free return. Of course she said it was not and was persistently insistent the cost was on me and elaborate their fine print for the customer might not be able to receive what they ordered. Very dissatisfied customer service especially Teresa.

Unbeknown, I was entered in a monthly recuring charge program. I didn't notice the charge. I requested credit, and it was applied. When I went back to audit mt account, I discovered a charge every month, A 2nd call was placed to remove all charges, this was a dumb move on OTC when Temu & Amazon is available without hassle. Will never order with them again

They have grave issues with their ordering system, as well as warehouse seems to not throughly verify your orders, I didn't get anything I ordered but got someone else's shipment which had my name and address on it. Neighbor said they messed up some of her order as well, missing items and items she never ordered! BIG THUMBS DOWN. I feel sorry for the customer service representatives who did a great job but if I were them I'd be looking for a better company to work for!

Consistent quality, prices and inventory. I can always rely on Oriental Trading

Total JUNK! Everything is ordered for Halloween was total garbage. Save your money. There are dozens of websites and stores that are 100% better.

Ordered a wooden Sunflower to hang on front door. It came in a perfect box but looked like it was RUN OVER by a DumpTruck. $30.00 Went to return it and I dont get refunded the $6.99 shipping i already paid. AND i have to PAY $6.99 to ship this POS back..Please people,,, Do yourself a FAVOR. Spend your money somewhere ELSE.. Thank You Brian P. Greer
