I just would like you guys to know that I absolutely loved your cards and thought they were absolutely amazing yes the cards in the tuck boxes are Splendid and absolutely exquisite. But unfortunately I might have to stop collecting your guys's cards. Because I buy deck box protective sleeves. To protect my cards so they do not get damaged. Like I said I'm a collector so you guys putting on a hanger for retail stores and a sticker kind of pisses a lot of people off and you need to stop doing that I know for a business side it's great but for the collector side. It pisses me off because nobody else does it. What you should just do is say hey if you want to sell our cards. Here's a display and put them all in it and send them stickers so they can put on themselves at the store so then when you ship out cards for us your consumers that are not retail don't have to go to this b******* nonsense. Please and thank you fix this issue please I just got a pack of yours today. And I had the wall hanger part of it was bowed out and bubbled so I tried taking it off and it ripped the cellophane on a limited edition 25th or special edition 25th anniversary Tycoon playing cards I love your cards but please fix thank you. Literally my YouTube channel is called Monarchman because of your Monarch playing cards so please fix.

We had a great experience with this company and their customer service unit. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The support service is really a 5 star the delivery is perfect and same for the packaging however, the web site could have more pictures of the cards and the back of the cards because there are more pictures about the box it self then the actual deck of cards. The box are really pretty but for some deck the backs of the card are disappointing. Despite that, the cards in hand feels great and the custom figure are really fun and beautiful, all the cards are the same size so there is no problem playing with multiple decks. It's probably the best brand to by playing card out there.

If ever I have issues with my shipment, this company deals with absolute professionalism and swiftness, and I know that they work very hard-even overtime-to accomplish customer satisfaction. Even if you write them a last minute letter (I prefer to write over calling), they acknowledge it and correct it as fast as possible. On a couple of occasions, I had certain issues with my shipment; once I was at fault; once it was a technical issue. They dealt with it in a friendly, efficient manner. I’m always impressed with their cordiality and competence!

I had a rather complicated shipping issue with an order I made for a few Christmas gifts. Mandy helped me solve the issue quickly and to great satisfaction. Therory 11's cards are awesome as well as their customer service.

If I could give no star I would. I paid for several items sent multiple emails and calls about my order and I never received my merchandise. Absolute scam.

I made a mistake on my order and contacted support asking to edit my order. I got instant changes and great service!!

Ordered Peaky blinders cards, didn’t mention anything about longer for shipping just 4-8 business days after shipping. Google says the next business day for shipping

Have emailed multiple times to confirm if it’ll be delivered by Christmas. Was told it would take a week to ship. It’s been over a week and still haven’t shipped. No response from customer service and no idea if and when I’ll receive the cards! Feeling disappointed

Sent in a support ticket for an error on my order and they cancelled it and responded in 12 hours. This allowed me to place a new order with the correct items and correct mailing address. Also, they make the best decks.

They have answered my questions correctly and really fast, the best website for magic tricks, I hope one day they will open a shop in Bulgaria since we don't have any magic shops here.
