Service with a smile!
Not only was the lady we dealt with super efficient and helpful she was lovely and friendly and made our experience of transferring the money to pay off our mortgage which was for us quite a special occasion a good one. She also looked at our savings account and helped us to transfer to one with a better rate which will be very helpful as we can now save more money. Really pleasant service.
