I had to cancel an order I placed and was advised (after initially been told I could not have one) I would have a refund.

This was on the 12th of January, nearly 2 months ago. I have chased on 3 occasions with no acknowledgement or reply.

Very very poor level of service.

I would not recommend this company at all.

I’m from Portugal, I order two football shirts fan version. One of them with a name and number that I choose.
It took 19 days to come but the shirts are exactly what I dreamed. Very good quality, the name and number came like I wanted. I ordered with time, I recommend doing the same.

Just received my 25/26 lfc third kit, and I'm really pleased with it. Good pricing, good quality and relatively fast shipping considering where it comes from.

My wife bought me a large size for Xmas, which turned out to be far too small (no returns on wrong size). I'm 6'2 and 13.5st so I went for a xxl, and it's a perfect fit for me. I'd advise ordering at least a size up from what you'd normally wear.

TERRIBLE customer service, ordered 2 kits during their Black Friday special, been over a MONTH and no movement. Tracking says it's in Pre-transit (ordered the 7th of Dec, Pre-transit since the 11th), carrier says the shipping info has been created but has not been received by them, New Kits states they sent everything for delivery and I should recieve it soon (been saying that for WEEKS). *Can't get a refund until I "receive" my order, which I doubt will happen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

In het begin een wrexham 2e blauwe shirt van seizoen 24 25 gekocht na meerdere malen mail contact kreeg ik het shirt binnen en alles was fout. De mails terug waren allemaal lief en begripvol maar de shit oplossen lukt maar niet. Uiteindelijk was alles uitverkocht en weet ik wat allemaal dat ik er wel een beetje klaar mee was. En meerdere afspraken die niet nagekomen werden uiteindelijk had ik 1 fout shirt met verkeerde achternaam en een 3e shirt van wrexham omdat het 2e shirt er niet meer was maar die naam was goed maar niet volgens de afspraak met patches en nummer. Korting gekregen van 100 % op een nieuw shirt die ik niet eens meer wilde bestellen omdat ik alles na 6 mnd wel zat was. Mijn vrouw heeft uiteindelijk een wrexham shirt besteld. Daarop kreeg ze een mail niet meer leverbaar dus ik zei nog kijk begint het weer 🤦🏻‍♂️. Maar tot mijn verbazing kreeg ze de vraag of het ook de nieuwe van 25 26 mocht zijn. Bij mij ging alles fout geen track and trace 6 mand verder de boel gewoon niet voor elkaar. Mijn vrouw na akkoord binnen 2 dagen een track en trace en vervolgens vandaag eindelijk het shirt binnen. Wat een wonder ze kunnen het gewoon in 1 keer doen . De verzending van bijv qwertee is meestal in 3 dagen vanuit Engeland in Nederland hier wacht je een week of 2.

Heb je geduld en tijd wil je aankomende zoner graag een leuk shirt aan ? Dan kan je hier prima bestellen. Waarom ze bij mij alles fout deden wat maar fout kon gaan en bij mijn vrouw alles in 1 keer goed gaat? Geen idee
Bestel hier en geef een vrouwen naam door dan komt alles goed.
Uiteindelijk nu ben ik tevreden over de geleverde spullen. Maar eigenlijk heh ik nog mijn wrexham uit shirt 24 25 niet want ja ik mocht hem houden maar om nou met van Been te gaan rondlopen terwijl je van Veen heet is ook weer zoiets.
De sterren die ik gegeven heb is voor de kwaliteit van de shirts en voor de communicatie die mijn vrouw had met de klantenservice. Maar hou wel rekening ermee dat jet eigenlijk ook 2 sterren had kunnen zijn na het vertelde verhaal.
In juli 1e shirt besteld nu op 3 januari is het niet gewenste maar door niet leverbaar toch maar bestelde eindelijk goed.

Great quality kits at an affordable price! Delivery was quicker than expected

I ordered some jerseys for myself and family to wear duriing our African Cup watch parties. Really happy with the purchase, took a bit to arrive, but i did receive it in the end, appreciate the help and support through the whole process, recommend definitly !

Took almost 3 weeks for my shirts to arrive! When they did they had black marks on them these were gifts so unable to gift now. I contacted seller to return for a refund as can’t wait another 3 weeks for new shirts and have had to buy them elsewhere. But they are refusing to refund me as they think they were damaged when being checked at customs.So will only send replacement or give me a credit note either way I’m out of pocket and will not shop with them again!

I have just received an email from seller as they are not happy with my review and want trust pilot to look into it. They also said they will refund me if I remove the review I have the email as proof if they try to deny it. Trust pilot take note when reviewing this review!

In response to your reply I have the email as proof in which you did in fact say you would refund me if I removed by review I am happy to post as proof. After reading other reviews it seems you have done the same to another customer.

Great looking top quality boots.
Delivery takes a little while guys, dont get disheartened if you dont hear anything for a while as they ship from abroad.
My boots took about 20 days to arrive, but when they did, they where top quality!

I will definitely use these guys again.

I have decided to update my review, from a previous 1 star to a 2 star.

Reasons for such low rating has to do with the company not able to find my order using my personal details when I couldnt find my order number, even though I provided them with my bank statement screenshot of purchase, the delivery address, my full details and they still didnt seem to have anyway of finding my order.

Although their page states delivery within 5 to 7 days, 3 weeks later I still had not received my order hence why I contacted them, even though they couldnt find my parcel I think the company could have done something different to support its customer, but instead I was messaged back due to my previous review to tell me they honestly couldnt find it but still no solution.

All in all, I thought I had lost my money and no product.

But today I received my package, and the product seems of good quality, I also understood I had used an old email hence why I couldnt find my order number.

As stated before, I gave them low ratings due to its handling of the issue.

Absolute shambles. From the beginning (28th November) the date at which we i placed my order, to now, all I’ve had is rubbish responses as to where by order is. It’s apparently stuck with royal mail, although sent under 48 hour tracked postage, it’s miraculously disappeared. Useless company and now my son hasn’t got his birthday football shirt in time. I’m done with these guys, after being asked to ‘calm down bro’ over IG messages, I tried to send an email today and it’s bounced back. No alternative but to blast on here. Wish someone would help with my order but I’m being fobbed off yet again. Looks like others are having similar problems with this company

23/12/25- it’s now been 1 month since order. No tracking available and no update as to my shirt ordered. Missed my son’s birthday and now Xmas. Not good

19/12 Still No PARCEL! 25 Days since I placed the order and now a few days from Christmas with no present for my daughter. Appalling company who don’t care! Just contacted my payment provider and got refunded as NK didn’t respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order on 24/11. Received no tracking information so had to chase it as they were very slow to dispatch. I got the tracking number which is a Royal Mail number but they haven’t got it yet. We are now 18 days later and still no updates on Royal Mail and no sign of delivery. I did contact New Kits again and they screen shot and sent me some tracking information saying it was on a flight and then at customs but I questioned this as FAKE as they will not provide me with the website they are tracking it on, I have asked numerous times for this information but still waiting. I have done a Universal Tracking but it doesn’t show up anywhere, it just states RM are waiting for it so where this information they provided comes from I am still waiting to find out. They also said Royal Mail may have the parcel and just deliver it as tracking isn’t updated which is rubbish because as soon as RM get a parcel it is scanned if its tracked which is what it states it is. I am very disappointed with the service received and I seemed to be getting fobbed off at every opportunity. Please be aware before you buy.

Ok, lets answer the “inaccuracy’s” they are quoting I have made.

I never said I didn’t get updates. I chased the item with NK as no tracking updates were available with the details they sent me. I received 2 screenshots from them so I asked for the information which had enabled them to send me the Airport & Customs update and after asking multiple times I haven’t received it so thats why I think I am being misled with Fake information. The other replies were to tell me to continue waiting and then wait until the end of the week. I have and no updates still!

NK have every control on how they choose to mail a parcel as they select the postage. The item was purchased on 24/11 so blaming Christmas Delays as they are now if it was sent without delay it would have avoided this.

Like with most international parcels they are given a different tracking number then eventually given the UK one when it gets to the UK. I have seen this so many times when you get an international parcel and the other tracking numbers are visible but stating RM have it is incorrect as it states on RM website now 13/12 as it has since the 27/11 “We’re expecting it!”.

I was fobbed off as I would go a day or two with no response (ok they could be busy), but as soon as I put this on here I have had 4 emails from them and in each reply I have asked again for the tracking information they got the screenshots of my parcel from and again I haven’t received them. I have again tried universal tracking with the information they provided but nothing. So if the tracking information they have screenshot to me is legitimate why can’t I be provided with the information so I can track it?

We are now 19 days from purchase and the wait continues……
I stand by my comments and information provided!

I've been waiting for a refund for 2 weeks so I believe this is a scam company, stay well clear.

Brilliant customer service responded quickly when I asked for an update. Good price especially since I couldn’t find the lfc kit anywhere else really.
The kit was authentic brand new clean and good quality and the numbering looks sturdy and not flaky (haven’t washed it yet). Service was fast even though it was shipped. Really happy with my shirt and can’t wait to wear it to Thursday 5 a side footie.

Bought 2 shirts, took a little while to arrive, but they were excellent quality.
