COUNTERFEIT

I recently ordered two football shirts from JerseyDor. The website appeared legitimate and there was no indication that the products were counterfeit.

However, the items I received are clearly not genuine. When I contacted the seller, they did not dispute this but have since made the returns process unnecessarily difficult.

I requested a return in line with their stated policy, but was instructed to send the items to Canada—despite them being shipped from China—and at my own expense. This is a common tactic used to discourage returns by making the process costly and impractical.

I have now raised a dispute with my bank and will also be reporting the company to Nike.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

The shirt I received bears all the indicators of a fake

The website states the brand is Adidas.

The club badge and adidas logo have large pieces of paper sewn in and stuck to them - this is poor quality and a common indicator the shirt is fake

The product code on the washing label does not match the shirt when you google it, it matches a different shirt - another common indicator

The washing label has hand written numbers on it - also a common trait of fake shirts

There is poor stitching and shirt crinkling all over the shirt

The sizing doesn't match other shirts I have from the Adidas brand

I have contacted JerseyDor and they have not responded. They state you only have ten days to return the shirt, but if they do not respond to messages they appear to be burning down their own timescale. I suspect I will need to initiate a chargeback. Avoid

I received my Portugal jersey and it looks awesome. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but Jersey D'or has been amazing to deal with in getting the correct size for me. Thank you and keep up the great service.👍

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I was initially disappointed that
there was a fault with a Roma football Jersey I received, what I can't fault was how this company dealt with this issue an email and photo of the garment and a new one is on the way. Couldn't ask for any better customer service. Thank you

I was a bit iffy about getting my items, but after message customer support, they updated my tracking information and helped right away.

The items were too small (I recommend reviewing the sizing chart, and going up a couple of sizes), but again customer service quickly helped me get things right.

The quality of the items is great too, no complaints there!

Al recibir mi camiseta del FC BARCELONA cometieron un error al no poner el logo de La Liga , me comuniqué con ellos y me dijeron que que me enviarían una nueva camiseta sin que yo tenga que entregar de nuevo la que habían mandado !! Tampoco tengo que pagar nada , el servicio fue muy bueno y respondieron rápido !!!

Terrible site. Stay away. Absolute ripoff for Chinese fakes

I had placed an order for a personalized jersey for a Christmas present. Unfortunately it arrived without the personalization, however when I contacted customer service they were quick to resolve the situation and make everything right given the challenge on timing for the holidays. I appreciated this. My son was also very happy with his gift from “Santa”. He wears his kit very often! A note that the sizing was a bit big for him (I ordered on the larger side) but it seemed a shrink a bit after several washes and drying, and sizing ended up being perfect.

Avoid if you can. Item took 2 weeks longer to arrive than the stated timescale. Customer Service not very helpful. When the item did arrive, it didn’t fit and customer service would only offer me an exchange which they wanted me to pay for the processing fee for.

Ordered a football top on the 5th of February and still nothing has come. They supposedly sent out another on at end of February and still no sign of that one. Doesn't seem legit at all. I have now asked for my money back as it does not look like I will ever get that football top! Absolute disgrace.

Horrible customer service and support. I had no info on my order for over a month. And was ignored when I tried to contact them. So I wrote a honest review on here and THAT’S WHEN THEY DECIDED TO ANSWER! They tried to bribe me with a discount to take down my review. But I refused.

Jersey d’Or always seems to get it right when it comes to customer service. I ordered three shirts as gifts for a few friends and needed to exchange one for a different size. Within less than a few hours of reaching out, they’d not only provided a quick solution, but went above and beyond to ensure I received the item in time. I can’t speak enough to how helpful they were in getting me sorted, and their speed in getting the issue resolved. I’m a longterm customer that continues to come back because of their reliability and quality of the shirts.

I placed my order on the 12th February and as yet not received my order .
I’m finding communication very difficult and have now requested a refund after yet another 2 day wait after further enquiries

Poor service: long delays to shipping. no customer service. higher price than others sourced via China. feels risky and i regret purchase.
