Left me waiting and no responses. Avoid
Complete mess around, enquired for a bag but then left me waiting. Soon has I asked to see some close ups of the bag I was then ghosted.. when I pulled this up I was told it was on hold for me and the photos were coming, 1 week later no reply and no photos.
Not a professional service at all and unfortunately when buying ‘luxury items’ their name the luxury closet is far from the luxury service.
I would avoid and use more reputable brands/ sellers and sites.

This bag is very pretty
This bag is very pretty, but it is extremely dirty. There is some kind of glue on the strap; it was very embarrassing when the strap came apart while I was walking with clients. I know it is a used item, but you really should be more careful about these kinds of details. As for the shipping process and communication, for me, it was excellent.

Expérience très particulière, un achat de 900€ sur leur site aucun bon de commande reçu quatre jours. Après il a fallu que j’appelle le service client ( il faut leurs écrire en anglais ) qui en dû traiter ma commande manuellement ( l'histoire a duré 4 jour de stresse )
Pour la réception je me suis retrouvé avec 237 € de frais de douane et si vous les réglez pas, vous recevrez jamais votre commande. Ce n’être pas clairement stipulé, honnêtement à éviter tout le long de l’expérience, il y a de quoi stresser

Be careful FRAUD – agreed price changed after delivery
I had a very disappointing experience with The Luxury Closet. After a long WhatsApp conversation with detailed photos, we agreed on a selling price of USD 18,000 for my Hermès bag. They asked me to bring the bag to Dubai personally. I travelled to Dubai and delivered the bag to their office.
During the handover, their team inspected the bag physically and accepted it for authentication. I was informed that payment would be made after the authentication process. I also received a form confirming the item details and the agreed process.
After I returned to my city, they contacted me and suddenly claimed that the condition was not as expected and reduced their offer from USD 18,000 to USD 12,000.
The condition of the bag was already visible when they accepted it. It is very disappointing that after asking a customer to travel to Dubai and leave the item with them, the agreed price was changed once the customer was no longer physically present.
I recommend everyone to be extremely careful about this company. My experience was very frustrating and felt unfair.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience wasn't great. The main problem was how long it took to get any help from customer support. I had to wait much longer than expected for replies, and it felt like I was always the one chasing for updates.
Everything just took longer than it should have, which made the whole process frustrating. Hopefully they can improve their support because that's what really affected my experience
