Overall a pleasant experience! The Luxury Closet had the Balenciaga Vibram boots I have been looking for, for a long time and at a great price. Boots are in phenomenal condition, if they had the box, they would be practically new. I will definitely be shopping with TLC again!

Despite an unfortunate situation…
Despite an unfortunate situation regarding a damaged pair of Louboutin’s and lack of initial communication. TLC escalation’s department/management reached out and quickly resolved the issue for the inconvenience and experience in less then 24hrs of my last complaint. I am happy they took the time to address this situation because I genuinely adore the business model and will remain a customer. Mistakes and issues will happen - but how one resolves them is what matters.

Na stránku LC jsem se dostala náhodou a trávila hodně času jejím prohlížením. Opravdu je z čeho vybírat.
Líbí se mi vaše velká nabídka. Líbí se mi možnost sjednávat lepší cenu s prodávajícím. Líbí se mi jak pečlivě jsou vyfocené produkty. Líbí se mi jak často obchod informuje o průběhu doručování koupeného zboží.
Můj první nákup proběhl dobře, jsem s nim spokojená, kabelka je moc hezká. Doručovací služba je kvalitní. Zařídili za menší poplatek i proclení na letišti. Doručení trvalo déle, kvůli celnímu řízení, což obchod nemůže ovlivnit.
Nelíbí se mi, že kredit získaný za nákup jako poděkování, má příliš krátkou dobu expirace. Získaný obnos zmizel dřív, než mi byl nákup doručen. Takže dřív, než jsem si mohla ověřit, že je váš obchod spolehlivý a budu chtít nakoupit znovu.
Rozhodně by kredit od vás byl inspirací pro příští nákup. Určitě je vždy z čeho vybírat.
Děkuji vám za pozitivní zkušenost. Bylo mi potěšením nakoupit ve vašem e-shopu.
