Unlike other customer experiences, the order went out so fast I didn't get the chance to correct the address which was wrong (my fault). Although it took a while to get a response from customer services, they were really good and sent a replacement out immediately. Fudge tasted amazing, best I've ever had so will definitely order from them again.

Order placed on 25th May now 5th June and order still says delayed,I should have read reviews before ordering.

Don't bother ordering if you actually want your parcel within a reasonable timeframe. I ordered because they were begging for orders on TikTok live, and lying too claiming "come on guys this is the last day of the 50% off, it's only happening this bank holiday weekend today is the last day" I ordered on the bank holiday Monday, and they're STILL 10 days later begging on live claiming the same thing "last day of the 50% off sale". Their turnarounds are completely false, and their customer service is lackluster. They've got a 50% off sale for being in business for 10 years, they need to remember how they reached that milestone... Their CUSTOMERS. Whoever is covering their CS on TikTok needs to have some training on how to be empathetic when someone is chasing for their order a week after ordering and it hadn't been shipped. Finally, after 9 days, did they approve my refund but waiting for the funds to hit my account.

Save yourself the hassle!! Just as others have said, their customer service is a shambles. Ordered fudge that hasn’t been shipped. Their reply was “we’re busy”. Ok well stop begging for more orders on TikTok live and deal with the ones you already have. Going to dispute the transaction with my bank as it doesn’t look like they will process a refund for the undelivered goods.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased 7 blocks of fudge from this company from Tik Tok live and only recieved 1. I emailed the company to say I haven't recieved, I got an apology and promised rest of fudge would be sent out by the Friday but almost 2 weeks on no order update,no fudge is sent and no where near getting money refunded or fudge,as company have blocked me.

Shocking service!!! Order ten days ago - nothing arrived! After several emails got an email saying fudge had been lost in transit so they would send more?!? Nothing arrived! Why is this company still operating ? Disgusting customer service and can’t review fudge as never arrived

I brought this fudge for the family to share .I did have to wait just over a week but I didn’t mind that. When it came we cut it up and shared it the fudge is delicious worth the wait I’ll buy off them again it melts in the mouth creamy I brought 6 bars well worth the money I paid very happy 😊

Ok fudge at a premium price with poor customer service. For the price I would expect the flavours and stuffing within the fudge to be more noticeable and stand out. Instead you get a relatively bland bar of fudge that takes a week plus to leave the warehouse despite their promises of speedy dispatch and delivery dates. They always have a sale on so don't fool for the fear of missing out they market on.

A terrible company with awful customer service. Ordered on the 10th of April 2025 ans on the 23rd of April 2025 still no fudge. Royal Mail are expecting the parcel which suggests this company haven't actually sent it. I've requested a refund and they insist that it should be delievered for a refund. It seems they like to take your money and not actually provide what you've paid for. A truly awful company to deal with. I will be posting an honest review wherever I can to warn others about these thieves.

Allowinf for Easter Bank holidays, still disappointing with the order to delivery times.

Ordered a week ago, dispatch email 14th April, now 18th April but still not been received by royal mail. Won't be ordering from these people again. Cream egg fudge was for Easter gift, now let down.
If eventually arrives will return

Just average, nothing more, nothing less. I've had better elsewhere. Couldn't taste the white chocolate, and that's it. Wouldn't buy again. The box was nice, though. I suspect that's what you are paying for

Ordered 3 x blocks of Fudge before reading reviews. After ordering then reading reviews i was not reallyu looking forward to my order. However order arrived this morning and i have inspected and tasted a bit from all 3 blocks. Fudge is lovely and very nice and neednt have been concerned. Definately recommend

Not the best fudge! poor flavour, hard around the edges and did not seam to fresh. Expected better at that price, I bought six bars, one of the bars was well under the minimum weight of 250 grams. I have tried on 3 occasions to contact customer service but have been ignored. Disappointed

I don't normally leave reviews but just had to. The Fudge (Cherry Bakewell and Cream Egg) are beyond delicious, service was also excellent. My first order but definitely will not be my last 😋😋

Got fed up fighting with the annoying packaging so gave up and it ended up in the bin

Website states that delivery can take up to 5 business days so I ordered fudge on the 8th February on the premise that delivery would be with me in time for Valentine's Day. All week the Royal Mail tracker stated that they are expecting the parcel. So, Valentine's day arrives with no delivery (luckily I bought alternative gifts) and Royal Mail tracker still said they are expecting the parcel so I emailed Fudge Co asking if there was a problem with shipping because its a shame its Valentine's Day and there's no parcel yet. I had an apologetic response on the 17th February explaining don't know why the parcel was missed and that it will be shipped right away. My response was that there was no need, moment has passed, and I'll just have a refund. I emailed again on the 19th February asking if my refund had been processed and my email reply said that its been shipped already and if you wanted a refund, please return the parcel and then the refund can be processed. I checked the Royal Mail tracker and before I knew it the parcel had been sent for shipping. I couldn't believe the audacity after their shipping error that I had to chase myself, they expected me to take time out of my day to return a parcel I know longer wanted and whats worse, delivery was free so I'd be out of pocket and that's all due to their incompetence and miss-selling of delivery times on the website. I replied demanding a refund after their apalling customer service and handling of the situation. Parcel eventually arrives on the 20th February (9th business day) and my last response was that my email had been forwarded to a manager. It's now the evening on 24th February and I've still yet to receive a response to my refund request. A company completly run by amateurs. STAY WELL CLEAR!

I bought the caramel box which was well packed and very well presented.

Each fudge block tasted as per the flavour and the texture was a good and slightly soft.
The only thing I’d change is the consistent amount of Daim bar running through the fudge, my block didn’t have enough in and wasn’t consistent throughout.
I am going to buy again but different flavours.
