Wish I'd looked at reviews prior to ordering as the story appears to be the same for many. Delivery took a week despite paying the premium for next day delivery and once the fruit arrived it was extremely poor quality with most being incredibly soft and well past their best.

The customer service is also appalling, I had sent an email on the day of receiving the fruit and followed up a couple days later as well to no response. I then tried the WhatsApp contact who did reply with a message thoughtfully crafted by chat gpt as the opening line when receiving was "Here's a more customer friendly version" before they subsequently edited the message to remove that line. I replied asking for the fruit to be resent in good condition or a refund to be issued but once again find myself waiting on a response for what's coming up to a week now.

Finest in name only, make sure you avoid.

Ordered at 9am on Friday and was told I would receive the package on Saturday. I hadn’t received delivery info on Saturday so emailed to cancel order as I needed it for Sunday, no reply. Emailed again on Tuesday morning and again, no reply. Now I have £85 worth of fruit and have missed the date to give it to the recipient and have still had no communication.

Consistent with all the rest of the reviews:
1)late delivery (3 days overdue, still jot received)
2) no communication (tried calling and texting numerous times)
3)probably by the time we get the produce (if we will) they'll be spoiled.

Waste of money, time and produce

Delivery is late, and they dont want to communicate, no reply to WhatsApp messages or emails.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I got a box of mostly rotten fruit. No response to my attempts to communicate via WhatsApp and email. I sent photos of rotten fruit with fungus all over it as evidence. Massive waste of money.

I am so disappointed with my order. I spent nearly £250 on this order which wasn't even worth £10! They promised top quality finest fresh exotic fruit yet I received a box old rotten fruit and the few fruits that wasn't rotten where completely tasteless. Also even if the fruits were decent, I found out afterwards that you can get all these fruits at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. No response to my email. Late delivery also. Will be in touch with my bank for a refund as this company won't take responsibility for their poor service.

We have placed 2 orders, 1st time due to some internal issues, we have been asked if we want to keep an order and get it delivered within following week, or cancel. When we received, the fruit was hard, so we followed instructions and waited for it to soften, However this gone bad after couple of days and fruit became mushy. We decided to give them another try and same, fruit arrived hard. I cut it open to find it was dry and we had to bin contents. Waste of money, still no response from seller.
I would not recommend this company, after the 2 chances. Don't waste your money

Terrible service. I bought my order in March as a birthday gift. Delivery was supposed to be the 22/04/2026 . It’s now the 23rd Still no since of it. In my opinion don’t waste your time or money. Shop around for a more reliable retailer!!

I made a order 5 days in advance for delivery on a Thursday for a specific event. Thursday came and went with no delivery. Over Friday/Saturday I emailed the company twice, sent a WhatsApp and left them a voicemail but they were impossible to contact. It was very disappointing because we'd planned the event around the box which never arrived.
It was only when I asked my credit card company to reverse the payment that they finally called me. Avoid at all costs- terrible customer service experience and a real let down.

I received my order today and was very disappointed to find that the fruit was not fresh. It was wrinkled, and the mango was black inside and had clearly gone off. I expected better quality for the price paid!

I would give them zero if I could. Our son age 11 has wanted an exotic fruit box for months instead of chocolate for Easter, which he is allergic to. Due to arrive - no delivery - no tracking - taken near £70 for nothing. We will be following up with the relevant authorities, as this is not just a poor service but fraud when no goods have been received. I rang them to query the tracking info and they told me it would arrive the day of delivery - tracking same day ..did it..NO!

Fruit was black in the middle when it comes

Ordered the exotic box Easter time for my wife. She was thrilled & followed the directions to eat the fruit when it ripened and it lasted nearly 10days! Then for Xmas I ordered a big box of exotic fruit, also an extra box of dragon fruit. It arrived on the requested day. She did the same as before but within three days half of the fruit had gone off and gone furry including what was ripening in the box as the box had mould on it & the rest of the fruit followed shortly after. When I contacted the company on email, they did not answer twice. Finally I called them and their answer was “once it arrives it’s not their responsibility” & they don’t care how long the fruit lasts. They did not even offer a refund or partial replacement for over half the fruit that had to be binned. Very poor customer service and very hard to leave a review. Won’t be ordering again.

Awful, fruit arrived mouldy. I had a special request before ordering which they said they would do for me but that request was not fulfilled and therefor was a runed birthday gift. Complained but had no response so will take this to ny bank.
