I ordered and paid via ShopPay, which had my wrong address, I emailed sales immediately after I saw this on the screen.

I was rather surprised to be told that I would have to change this on the Royal Mail system, and was given a number, I went straight to Royal Mail and was told no deliver from that number.

I then got in touch with my old neibour and eventually the new owner of our old house text me to say she had returned to sender.

Rather than Vivanmn getting in touch with me, I had to contact them, and I sent screen shots of the new owners text saying they had sent them back, at this point 3 weeks ago and they over 3 emails have just said it was delivered.

On Amazon you can change the delivery address after purchase, and yet they can't or won't, and now I am down on money and getting no where with the Vivanmn sales team.

I don’t often write reviews but decided I had to give my honest feedback as I was sceptical of the reviews I had seen for these capsules. This is simply amazing - been taking for just one week and the results are astonishing. I am 53 and consider myself in very good shape shape and go full on for a workout that includes dead hang, boxing and rowing for an hour twice a week. After my workout I am broken and need a nap a few hours later. The last 2 workouts while taking these supplements have resulted in a personal best on both the dead hang and row by a significant margin. The most impressive thing for me is after my workout I still have energy and don’t need a nap. This stuff is amazing and I have subsequently purchased another 3 months worth. Wish this stuff had been around when I was playing Rugby.

Won't reply to my emails. Keep taking money regardless of subscription frequency.
I set my subscription to 6 monthly in early March. They've just taken yet another payment a few days ago (April) and haven't responded to any of my messages.

I know people will be sceptical but I stated to take NMN when on offer, I felt so much more energised able to function and deal with day to day life. I stopped taking as thought may be fine now. Needless to say back on NMN and have no intention of stopping. I feel more like my old self. Also customer service is brilliant able to help with queries quickly and effectively. Highly recommend for a great product and customer service.

Very poor experience.

The customer service was appalling — rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. Instead of dealing with the issue properly, the responses came across as cold, repetitive and lacking any real care for the customer.

I was also very unimpressed with the product itself. In my opinion, it was not worth the money and did not live up to expectations at all.

Overall, not a company I would recommend. Poor service and a disappointing product.

I actually see benefit from the capsules and went for the 90 days subscription to save money, except they take £44.99 from your account EVERY 28 days, so you pay for 3 months worth every 28 days, makes absolutely no sense doing that! Immediately cancelled my subscription which is hard to do on the webpage as they have made it inconspicuous to find (but it is on there).
Will be returning this batch for a refund and not returning. You could say its my fault for not reading the T&C but I did not think a 3 month batch would be sent every month obviously.

Brilliant customer service and great product.

I have read so many good reviews about vivanmn , and as I have been really struggling with fibromyalgia pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog and everything else that comes with fibro and menopause for many years, I really wanted to write this review so that if anyone else is struggling and umming and arring about whether to try it, this review might just make you give them a go. I bought 6 months worth to give it a really good chance to work. Ill tell you about my day before starting these nmn.
Dreadful nights sleep, couldn't get comfy, round and round in bed, all night. Was shattered but couldn't stay asleep, aches and pains really bad. Woke in the morning wishing I could stay in bed, so tired from being awake most of the night. Come downstairs for coffee as couldn't function without it, really spaced out and staring into space. On my days off, I new there were jobs to do in the house but no motivation to do them, too tired, too achey. I love gardening but no energy or motivation to do anything except look at the weeds taking over the flowers. Brain fog terrible, couldn't string a sentence together without wondering what the hell is was on about. Cried a lot in frustration and anger at myself. Spent a fortune on good healthy clean food, no rubbish, good supplements too.
Anyway, 2 months into taking these, omg I started waking up and pottering about before I came downstairs for coffee , tidying up, cleaning the bathroom! Unheard of! After my morning cuppa last weekend, I absolutely blitzed the house! Like properly dragged furniture out and vacuumed underneath stuff like i used to do before my fibro started 15 years ago! At 5pm after cleaning and washing laundry, I baked cherry scones then a school cake! Normally id be shattered at 3pm and falling asleep on the sofa ! I finally sat down at 8pm. I was so so happy. Every day since then, ive been doing jobs around the house even after I finished work. Ive been cooking more and more difficult recipes for tea as I actually understand the instructions now so my brain fog is so much better. I also sleep so much better too, my bedding is in the same position as when I got into bed, not half of it on the floor with turning round and round. I wake up much earlier and boom, im wide awake and ready to go.
To sum up, I absolutely cant believe the change in me, thank you so much vivanmn you have literally changed my life.

There's currently a 3 for 2 offer I bought 2 but didn't receive the 3rd. After contacting the company they have assured me they will send the final bottle out. If the website had stated to put 3 in my basket then this issue wouldn't have occurred. They have a very quick response team and I look forward to getting some benefits from the NMNs!

This supplement has done nothing for me. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription (I don’t recall signing up for a subscription, I thought I’d ordered one pot) but they just don’t answer emails and there’s no telephone number.

I’m going to take this up with my bank

Absolute scam, no way to cancel your subscription sent more than five emails and they never get back to you there’s no phone number to contact anybody shit Company shit product

Very poor customer service. After using MNM, I experienced a severe headache and contacted the company to request a refund. They agreed and advised me to return the product.
I sent the item back on 17/02/26 and have proof of delivery. I also included the receipt inside the package and provided a copy by email. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying they have not received my return.
It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my refund. I have provided all the required evidence, but the issue remains unresolved.
Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with how this has been handled.
