43quid 1 soursop my fingers went straight through it when i tried to get it out the box, tried the pineapple next day, cut the top of and it was rotten, leaving 2 small pappaya very small hardly anything on to eat, sent 3 emails with pictures? not 1 reply, scum bags BEWARE wish id checked out the reviews online 1st, and now doubt they are all true. Best of going to a local shop where they sell these fruits.

I was excited to order from this company but the excitement quicky wore off as soon as my box arrived.
The trial box was delivered on the 5 June.
The box contents looked very different from what was advertised. There was no guide book or information sheet included to explain the different fruits. One yellow passion fruit had mould on it. Another fruit was bruised, sticky and brown inside when cut open. The mango smelt very bad and had an unpleasant taste.
Made a complaint using their online form and still not heard back from them. Called and left a message and surprise surprise not heard back from them, so they clearly are not interested in fixing or acknowledging the issues i have had. Super disappointed.

Not only did my fruit arrive a week late with no communication some fruit was mushy some never ripened and some even had maggots in it, some was missed out of the hamper all together i cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company they are terrible.

Ordered a fruitbox on 17.4.26 with delivery expectation 21.4.26.
Nothing happened despite 3 emails to info@exoticfruits quoting order number stating delivery not made. Also wrote on their website contact form(promising response in 48hrs).....Nothing. Further email 'will you please talk to me'. Nothing. Began queries with carrier resulting in battered delivery 29.4.26 with one third spoiled. An online company is responsible for the product plus ensuring timely delivery; Exotic Fruits don't care about either.

Absolutely awful waste of time money and resources.

Placed an over of £139 on fruits. After 5 working days with no update I started chasing this. The reply was very basic and generic. In 5 days the order will be shipped. You'd think that a business that receives an order so big would bother at least checking the facts before replying to an email. They did not.
2 days late the order arrives
4 - 5 items damaged, I am following their procedure and report the damaged fruits with a promised reply in 48 hours. No reply and no refund.
Absolutely ridiculous.

SCAM avoid with your life! No such place paid 68 pounds still no fruit ! Phone line don’t exist waited for over a week nothing how can people do this for a living ? And most of all keep getting away with this it’s shocking ! So please avoid and spent your money somewhere else.

I ordered seeds nearly 4 weeks ago and have received nothing apart from an order confirmation. There is no contact number so I have emailed to get an update and received automated messages only. Do they even exist? AVOID!!!

Awful company they don't reply to emails or phone calls.
I collected money to send a gift to a collegue who has cancer, he started treatment the basket did not arrive on time despite paying for next day delivery no updates and no help received now contacting my credit card company to get a refund .
I wish I read the reviews before paying!!

Ordered from this website as a present for my sons Birthday… order took 7 days to get here despite having chosen premier next day delivery
Obviously fruit not looking great by this time and a very disappointed Son. Have tried to email / ring but no response, very disappointing.

Six weeks, yes six weeks late!!! Staggeringly bad. When fruit arrived the box was badly packed with fruit just lying on a bed of shredded paper but bouncing all over the box, so bruised and damaged.

Great idea, but this company are completely incapable of executing it. Avoid.

The day you pick for delivery is disregarded. Customer service is non existent! Wish I have checked reviews first! My son picked the box for his birthday instead of a cake, and now it won’t be delivered on time.

I was advised by Exotic Fruit over the phone three months before placing my order to submit it about three days before I needed the fruit. Following that advice, I placed my order on Thursday as I needed the delivery by Sunday. Today is Monday, and I still haven’t received the order or even an email update.

Their info email address doesn’t work (it returns “no address found”), no one answers the phone, and although I left a recorded message on Saturday, I never received a reply. I also submitted a complaint through the form on their website, but there has been no response.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed out of nearly £80. If I don’t hear back soon, I will be forced to take further action.

I wish I had read these reviews. I paid £61.90 for rotten fruits. I did not get the number of fruits stated. I got 4 small limes and a plantain to make up numbers. This was supposed to be a gift but it’s so disappointing. I tried on numerous occasions to contact them for my delivery date and the never replied. I will never purchase from this company again. I would like to show the photos of what I received in a damp box.

Terrible experience. Item was not shipped. I finally for a response to my emails and they didn't know where my order was and had to chase the warehouse. After the first update I received no further responses. Then when item arrived the fruits were a mix of over ripe and under ripe. The under ripe fruits where so small I've not been able to get them to ripen without them spoiling. The fruits were tiny and simply not worth the money.

I'd expect to pay a premium price for exotic fruits but this was just a joke.

Not worth the price, communication is non existent.

Although at the time of ordering they gave the option to request a specific day! Which I took advantage of, the fruits did not arrive in the given day and I had to contact them twice before my order was eventually delivered, almost a week later!!!
On the positive side the fruits were well packed and if good quality.
I will be ordering again and hopefully next time the delivery expierence will be improved!

Please believe the reviews!
This is shocking , I should have never given them the benefit of the doubt.
