The order and payment processes were streamlined and simple. Product sizing chart was accurate and I’m glad that I consulted the chart as I had planned to get a different size. The chart revealed I needed a larger dog bed and the size is perfect! My dog loved the bed right from the start and can’t wait to curl up in it. I’m really happy with the quality of the bed and appreciate the fact that the cover is removable and machine washable.

The bed was delivered very promptly. Followed the instructions and video for "fluffing up the bed". Arthur loves it and his old bed which is still quite good is used by Poppy the grand dog when she comes for doggy day care.

The quality is far from what they promise it to be. The bed ripped after one day of use and they wouldn’t accept a return or provide a replacement. It’s impossible to leave an honest review on their website.

Seen the advertisement on my Facebook a few times, decided to take the sale opportunity to purchase one for our new puppy, a cavoodle. Being a first time pet owner I wanted the best for our puppy yet uncertain if he is going to like the pet bed. He has a pet bed that came from the breeder (smell like his mum) from day 1. On day 7 I decided to use The Brooklyn Pet bed and place it near the couch outside his play pen/crate. This is now his favourite bed outside his crate/playpen! Puppy will take his toys, his bone, and rest inside the bed after play fetch. It's so easy to machine wash too, and it dries really quick. Highly recommended.

This is our second Brooklyn bed. Only upgraded because I wanted the newer version that was easier to wash. Our fur baby absolutely LOVES new his bed! It has more filling so it’s more cozy for him. Highly recommend this to anyone who hasn’t purchased one for their pet.
