The Brooklyn Pet Beds Arvostelua 

Be aware of this company. Not an Australian company. Unclear where it is based: China? The bed, Deep Sleep dog beds not fit for purpose. The cushion does not have sufficient filling to support my dog (7.5kg) See conversation with Dylan, "owner" on my review on Product Review where he explains that "nose to toe" orthopaedic support is only for large dogs. The website no longer says this, only "up to" 2x support of other beds (which could be 1 gm more, but which beds?) Warranty only applies to ring of bed. Cushion is not replaceable, so when that goes, or is only half full, as in my case, bed is no longer usable. The cushion of my Aldi bed has more support than the Brooklyn cushion. The CertiPur certification (if it is not a scam) is for foam only, so the cushion is still made of nasties. Labelled polyester, but Dylan says it is cotton, which needs to be "fluffed up".
Don't be fooled by all the +ve reviews and stick to Australian made or reputable companies.

In reply to Brooklyn’s reply. As usual they deny all responsibility. Regardless of the type of bed, it is not fit for purpose. The flimsy cushion provides no support whatsoever which means my dog sleeps on the floor.
If you are a NZ company, please supply your NZ business number.

The bed is very good quality and my dog loves it. The company was very good to deal with. When the bed arrived the cover had a defect. When I emailed the company about it they immediately sent a replacement cover.
I will definitely be buying all my dog beds from Brooklyn beds

Good service and communication. Unfortunately the bed I purchased was too small for my dog so I have given it to a friend for her new dog.

I have 2 dogs, and both hated Brooklyn bed. Completely useless

Best comfort bed for dogs on the market that I have seen. My dog who prefers to be on a human bed, loves his new bed. My dog loved it so much, that I got her a second one and threw out her old beds.

I purchased the Brooklyn dog bed as I have an older dog with stiff joints she seems to be happy with it . Sometimes she gets too warm and will just lay on the cool floor as she has long hair ,so if shes not on the bed the cats will enjoy the bed as well 😉 😊

Hige disappointment, especially in the poor customer service unable to deal with defective product issues. I wish I read the bad reviews before purchasing. Their refund policy is a joke. I have never heard of something like: You cannot return the item if your dog TOUCHED IT???, which is the intended purpose of purchasing the expensive bed in the first place. Apart from the fluffy texture the bed is not easy to flatten and be made comfortable, another hugely oveestimated quality. When the zipper broke after 1ist wash I was advised to "reset" it. The bed is useless without a cover that zips up so I will have to toss it. Money wasted. Huge disappointment.

I ordered a medium size for my fox terrier as indicated on size chart to be correct size and the bed it too small
My dog doesn’t even want to use it which is must unusual
The bed comes compressed and it indicates once opened it makes it hard to return which is correct
I feel misled and disappointed

We bought 2 xl beds for our older dogs whom barely used them because they like the couch and not that long after purchase a hole in the cover. Not warranted due to what they called dogs scratching. Which we hadn't ever seen. These are expensive beds for dogs not to Ne able to scratch to get comfy if that is what they want to do. Not quality for the price. More sturdy material seems to required.

Ordering was great....fast delivery...received a discount and more importantly my 2yo Maltese/ Shi Tzu, Skye loves the bed. Her body melts into the bed.
