Very easy to order. Bed and cover arrived. Stella just loves her new bed.

This is our second Brooklyn bed. Only upgraded because I wanted the newer version that was easier to wash. Our fur baby absolutely LOVES new his bed! It has more filling so it’s more cozy for him. Highly recommend this to anyone who hasn’t purchased one for their pet.

The Product was delivered on time and was exactly what I ordered. It is my 3rd product from this company and I had no problems.
And my dog loves sleeping and resting on this bed.

The Brooklyn Bed is amazing. We had to put it in our crate as this is the only bed our puppers will sleep in. Worth every penny and I highly recommend.

My German Shepherd will not use this Brooklyn dog bed. It looks fluffy but you can feel the ground underneath you. I have made her use it twice and both times she hops out after a few seconds. Sadly, the company will not let me return it due to it being touched by the dog. I should have bought a bed from a shop…

This company is such a scam.

Both items we purchased from Brooklyn are poor quality. A large dog bed and a car seat cover. The car seat cover clips broke after a couple months, within six months the car seat cover was splitting at the seams. The dog bed is comfortable for our pup, but its synthetic materials means it stinks despite washes. We’ve had it for a year now and there’s a vague smell following every wash which quickly worsens across a couple weeks.

We got in touch about the car seat cover early on, and the customer service from this company is defensive and off putting. We never followed through with requesting a refund as we couldn’t be bothered jumping through all their hoops to prove the product was falling apart. Instead decided to walk away and agreed we’d not purchase from this company again.

They’ll probably reply to this comment like they have on other poor reviews with an essay that subtlety suggests why we’re wrong lol

The bed I ordered was well made. When I had inquiries, my multiple queries were responded to in a helpful and timely manner. But when it came to my returning the bed because my dog didn’t want to lie in it, I encountered another side of the Brooklyn. As a senior, I am not in the position of ‘giving ‘ money away. I was told I had to return the bed at my own expense. First, I had to find packaging large enough to cover the ‘expanded’ bed ( it came compressed and I was told I could not decompress it. I offered to drive the package to their warehouse on the East side (Scarborough) from the West of Toronto where I live. I was told I couldn’t do that.) I eventually found some IKEA boxes, packaged the bed and delivered it to a carrier. I was then informed by the Brooklyn that because they found dog hairs on the bed, I would not get refunded. ( I had to request a second email of photos which they said they did but didn’t send in a
first email). It’s winter, my dog shed hairs; from the image, they are not ‘embedded’ but lay in the surface of the bed ( about 4 or 5 hairs I thought I saw). I was given the choice of then returning the bed at my expense or they would get rid of it. I had no choice but asked they deliver the brand new never used bed to an animal shelter. Whether they do or not, I don’t know. ( I am wondering if they will vacuum the hairs and resell it but I don’t know this to be true.) What I do know to be true is that I spoke honestly, truthfully and consistently to the fact that my dog was never on the bed and now I am out ~$200.00 (169 +40). Read their return policy before buying. Sadly, I cannot recommend their company but hope this review may inspire them to reflect upon to revise their return policy on behalf of their clients and not themselves.

Great to support a NZ company. Great price and quick delivery and my dog absolutely loves this bed! She becomes one with the bed and usually stay on her new bed where as she used to jump on our bed in the early hours.

My Brooklyn bed arrived within a week
of ordering. When I opened the package my two dogs were very interested in sniffing the new bed. I bought the bed with a removable top cover as my French bulldog gets very uncomfortable during hot summer days.
The cooling bed is great so he can hind a nice comfortable cool bed to sleep on.
My other dog a chihuahua x corgi loves lying on the bed with the top cover on!
I love that I can wash the top cover in the washing machine to keep it nice and clean. The lower part of the bed is waterproof so can be used outside too.

BEST dog bed I've ever bought, and I've probably bought about 10!! It definitely is the most expensive dog bed I've ever bought - but wow, the quality of it is awesome, I've already removed and washed the covers and unlike others, they are good quality, the zip is good quality, the material looks the same after being washed. My 9 year old Lab/Retriever Storm is very happy - she's super comfortable now.

This company are happy to take your money without delivering what you pay for!

I bought two dog beds on 16th January, on 23rd January only one bed showed up...
After assuming this was a shipping error I contacted their customer service to be told "sorry we've sold out and don't have any stock, you need to wait for the other bed"...?!?

Sorry??!!

Surely basic stock management means you only sell what you have in stock, OR at the very least you are upfront with your customers at the point of sale and proactively set their expectations.

In customer service ALWAYS under promise and over deliver, don't take people's money and then not deliver what was paid for.

As for the dogs....well now they fight over the one bed (which is very good).

And me... for now I will be "patient" 🤬

Communication was excellent. Refund was fast. Very happy with the product swap. Great company to deal with and my pet absolutely loves her new bed.

I wish I had read the bad reviews before I bought the bed. My bad. Lesson learnt. The bed is horrible. Flimsy and artificial fabric. And the Customer Service…well !

Our rough collie is very happy with his 2XL Deep Sleep bed. I love the way you can remove the cover for washing. Really happy all round with this purchase.
