Very pleased with quote
I used Compare the Market.com as we use the free cinema tickets a lot - you get all sorts of rewards if you obtain insurance via them. The AA gave a great quote, exactly what we need. I have never claimed and hope I never have to but AA is a reputable company so feel safer with them than some of the other companies that quoted.

I had the choice between platinum
I had the choice between platinum, gold and silver packages and could understand the differences. Pricing was fair, not cheap.
I did save from switching from Direct Line.
I use AA for my breakdown cover and always receive a professional and consistently above average service.

Just had the worst experience via the Watts App chat. My policy is to expiry 10th November 2026. I found a better price and policy with another company. The person on the chat ignored my expiry date and cancelled my policy today 16.09 7 days before it is to end. I am now in a position I cannot pick up my child from
Nursery. This is disgusting service and the employee has done this on purpose. Ekta is the person responsible.

Paid you promptly and got nothing in return. Gave you valid email address and password to get online and what do I get "Oh dear, Something went wrong". Some incompetency there?

great staff but lack of management
great staff but wait times to get through up to a hour simple transactions like temporary cover cannot be done online my car in dealer since end of July have to ring every 14 days to renew cover pure torture staff like Amy , Rebecca and Christina in reception are brilliant my son had same issue with new policy and change of ownership same wait times of 40mins to 60mins yet when do online quotation ring within 15mins so when they get your money the don't care i have been a customer for over 30 years and in the last year customer service has become terrible that was never the case no manger every available complaints never dealt with
i got a stock reply from the aa saying wait times are long at busy times the reality is in the past year i have had to cotact aa over 20 times dealing with travel insurance house insurance and 2 car policies every time the average wait time is between 40 and 60mins when you get through the service is excellent so my complaint is not just a once off experience there is way to contact team leader or managers as wont take calls or now email address they just need to employ more staff in customer service or allow sales and temporary cover to be carried out online as my son still had to ring to change his car as could not carry out the transaction online

The worst customer service ever. Do not use the AA.
A member of my family was killed by a dangerous driver. On behalf of her husband and daughter we sought to make a legal claim against the driver under her motor legal policy. After 3 months of being passed from pillar to post I had to employ a third party solicitor. Even then the AA just shrugged and could not care less. There was no apology, no human compassion. If you want any sort of insurance apart from basic car cover, do not use the AA.

I am not happy with The AA/GO Compare
I am not happy as the GO Compare website quoted £415.21 Annual Price but when I entered your site the price went up to £473.66 for no reason .All the facts of drivers and vehicle had been entered on the GO Compare site .At that point in time because of circumstances I had no option but to accept .
