Easy and helpful

Quick and easy, all the information I needed was available. Product was a very competitive price for the standard of product.

Great price for top tier products.

I purchased car ins, house insurance. Very good price for both. I also added breakdown cover as it was on a special offer. Not showing breakdown cover on my policy details. AA looked into it and confirmed I do have. So all good there.
House insurance, fantastic price for their premium package.
Pleased to be back with AA and knowing we are fully covered on all counts.

Hi Gary, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy. We've had a look and can see your home insurance policy is due to start on 29 September 2026. The payment is usually taken at the time of purchase to secure the price quoted that day, rather than on the policy start date. We've also checked your car insurance policy and can confirm the Breakdown Cover add on is included and appears on your policy. This cover started on 15 September.
We hope this helps clarify things, but if you still have any concerns, our customer service team will be happy to help.

I did my quote online, needed to make sure I could have my policy documents on paper as well as email. The gentleman said yes, he was very friendly, went through the quote to make sure everything I had put was correct. He then discussed the policy and then asked how I would like to pay.

1h 5minutes I’ve been on hold to speak…

1h 5minutes I’ve been on hold to speak to someone regarding my car insurance as it’s a new car so not registered with them yet, for me to be hung up on. Disgraceful
