The AA Insurance Arvostelua 

Just had the worst experience via the Watts App chat. My policy is to expiry 10th November 2026. I found a better price and policy with another company. The person on the chat ignored my expiry date and cancelled my policy today 16.09 7 days before it is to end. I am now in a position I cannot pick up my child from
Nursery. This is disgusting service and the employee has done this on purpose. Ekta is the person responsible.

Paid you promptly and got nothing in return. Gave you valid email address and password to get online and what do I get "Oh dear, Something went wrong". Some incompetency there?

great staff but wait times to get through up to a hour simple transactions like temporary cover cannot be done online my car in dealer since end of July have to ring every 14 days to renew cover pure torture staff like Amy , Rebecca and Christina in reception are brilliant my son had same issue with new policy and change of ownership same wait times of 40mins to 60mins yet when do online quotation ring within 15mins so when they get your money the don't care i have been a customer for over 30 years and in the last year customer service has become terrible that was never the case no manger every available complaints never dealt with

A member of my family was killed by a dangerous driver. On behalf of her husband and daughter we sought to make a legal claim against the driver under her motor legal policy. After 3 months of being passed from pillar to post I had to employ a third party solicitor. Even then the AA just shrugged and could not care less. There was no apology, no human compassion. If you want any sort of insurance apart from basic car cover, do not use the AA.

I am not happy as the GO Compare website quoted £415.21 Annual Price but when I entered your site the price went up to £473.66 for no reason .All the facts of drivers and vehicle had been entered on the GO Compare site .At that point in time because of circumstances I had no option but to accept .

The process to change my insurance provider to the AA was relatively easy

Hi AA just asked me to rate my experience with them, I only got car insurance couple days ago , so not much to rate .
Maybe only thing I can mention how easy it was and very competitive price.

Easy to understand. And easy to apply value for money.

It's just buying car insurance. The system was the same as everyone else's. Proof will come if making a claim. Drops a star for trying to force auto renewal and making it difficult to untick.

It was great that my details were saved so there were only a couple of things that needed altering. The price was comparable and with a company whose name was recognised. The only thing I would suggest is that you send an e-mail of confirmation straight away as I had no idea if my policy had been accepted which was worrying me slightly.

Would VERY MUCH WISH TO HAVE ALL SENT TO ME IN PAPERWORK.If need to read/check details got to fathom how to get to my home insurance on the computer.
