It took me a while to finish filling in the questions but I did it. Bearing in mind I’m 81 and my husband 82 years old. I couldn’t get my rewards (free coffee) etc as I didn’t know how to claim them.

Well laid out website, clear and easy to provide information.
Also a competitive price which I was happy to accept.
AA is a well known business so hopefully I have made the right decision but I will do my best not to have make a claim. This would probably be when to decide if it was the correct thing to do.
