It was great that my details were saved so there were only a couple of things that needed altering. The price was comparable and with a company whose name was recognised. The only thing I would suggest is that you send an e-mail of confirmation straight away as I had no idea if my policy had been accepted which was worrying me slightly.

Best experience I've had with insurers
It was so simple and easy to do on the website, and I was insured in minutes.
The ability to get breakdown cover was an added bonus, and very affordable.

Worst customer service to deal with
Worst customer service to deal with. They put me on hold twice for 1 hour and the 2nd time for 50 min, and I finally have to give up. If you are a new customer, they will pick up your phone in less than a minute, but if you are an existing customer, they will put it on hold forever. Existence customer must pray all the time not to be involved in an accident claim with them. You will be screwed. Improve your customer service or stop the business if can't manage.

Can't really say, o ly just bought the policy
It seems odd to ask for feedback just for buying g something, the real test would be a rating in the event of ha ing to make a claim but based just on buying g, not even started the cover yet, it seemed fine, one of the cheapest that came up in my search
