Quick, Easy and VFM Car Insurance
Renewed my car insurance with a new company (the AA). £100 cheaper than my current insurer for a compatible level. All done on line with no hassle, quickly and not complicated at all. Hopefully this level of service is sustained over the next 12 months.

I am on the verge of cancelling my car insurance with this once trusted company. I was expecting it to auto renew at modest increase of premium, but got a demand for a huge hike on account of a minor prang in a multi storey car park. I have received no real response to multiple email requests to reconsider.

Platinum package offers thorough cover
Reasonably competitive price, with thorough insurance cover on the Platinum package.
The thing that swung it for me was the ability to protect your excess once per year. This gives peace of mind when some other numpty scrapes your car in a carpark and drives off.

Easy process, great price
Very straightforward process of purchasing car insurance. Options were clearly set out and (as a millennial who usually does important work on a laptop) found the mobile app very user friendly. Great price too even after adding top breakdown cover.
