A shocking turn of events
I have to give 5ers the benefit of the doubt with the issues i had. Although it took some time all my issue were resolved by David. Even though i had breached the scaled account that had wrongly been given to me, they reactivated my prior account that was wrongly closed and had my balance and profit that i had achieved reinstated regardless of the lost trades on the breached account. I was honestly shocked to receive such a resolution as i cant image any firms retroactively looking past a breached account and putting things right as they were ment to be. Not to mention the fact i received my payout in less than 48 hours of my request. All in all i have to say im overwhelmingly please with house 5ers have gone about the issues ive had and their ethical business practices. Thanks again

They can't handle issues
They can't handle issues. The issues part of your lossing they don't refund and even when you purchase they toke more than the challenge in the debit card.

Dear Mohamed,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand how disappointing it is to lose an evaluation account, especially when you believe technical issues may have contributed.
After carefully reviewing your case, our team thoroughly investigated the concerns you raised regarding your account balance, realized P&L, risk management behavior, and trailing drawdown calculations. Based on that review, we were unable to identify any discrepancies that affected your account or any evidence that the account was terminated incorrectly. Your account reached the applicable maximum loss limit in accordance with the program rules, which is why it was closed.
Regarding your concern about the amount charged to your debit card, the amount collected is the price displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed. If a bank applies additional fees related to currency conversion or international transactions, those charges are determined by the payment provider or your bank rather than by The5ers.
We understand that this outcome was not the one you were hoping for, and we appreciate that you took the time to raise your concerns with our support team. Every report we receive is reviewed seriously, and when a genuine platform issue is identified, we investigate it thoroughly. In your case, however, our review did not find grounds to restore the account or issue a refund.
We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing fair evaluations, transparent rules, and consistent support for all traders.
Best Regards,
The5ers Team

5%ERS Future Amazing Day Trade
Over the past couple of years, my experience with the 5%ers has been amazing, and now their special Future is the best in the industry. The EOD Drawdown, No Activation Fee, and Low Cost for the Challenge are very attractive features. The Trading Platform Black Arrow is so fast in execution that it will surely stand out and will remain the best among others. The support team handled all the concerns and queries with professionalism, understanding, and fairness. What impressed me the most was the speed and quality of their customer support. The team was responsive, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made every effort to resolve my concerns efficiently. Their willingness to assist traders and provide practical guidance truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Another major strength of the 5%ers Future is its trader-focused environment. The trading rules are clear, transparent, and easy to understand, allowing traders to concentrate on developing and executing their strategies without unnecessary complications. Their Day Trade programs are designed to support consistent growth while maintaining a fair-trading framework.
The 5%ers Future is a great program for anyone looking for outstanding customer support, transparent policies, efficient payouts, and a genuine focus on helping traders succeed. I would confidently recommend the Future Day Trade Program to anyone who is looking for a professional, supportive, and amazing trading execution experience.
