We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the payout process. We truly appreciate your continued trust in The5ers and wish you many more successful payouts ahead!
Very disappointing support experience
Very disappointing support experience. Emails are often delayed, tickets are not properly addressed, and when an account breach is disputed, they provide simple statements instead of clear records or evidence showing exactly how the breach occurred. There have also been dashboard issues with the futures accounts that have not been properly resolved. For a prop firm handling traders’ money and accounts, I expect transparent evidence, proper investigation, and timely responses—not repeated explanations without supporting records.
